Service is good, but food was clearly under the heat lamp for 15+ minutes. Rice and Beans were burned to a crisp. Not worth the crowd, the wait, or the money. 1 waitress, 5 people filling drinks, and 1 person taking out food. There were probably 45 patrons in the restaurant.

I hadn't been to Alberto's since they moved, this restaurant is so clean and inviting. The staff was great, our waitress Danielle was fantastic. The food came out quick and very tasty. I will definitely be returning.

Stopped in for a late supper It was very clean when we were there Spacious I hate when we are cramped and can’t talk bc others are so close Chips and salsa were good had a little heat but not over the top I had a beef quesadilla lots and lots of cheese the beef was better than ii figured it would be tender and wasn’t over cooked Staff was VERY friendly and tried to make it a good dinner

Need some baby sitters to watch the cooks in back. Ordered tacos and the chicken meat came to the table literally cold. The nachos that were ordered at the table came with the meat piled underneath the chips and cheese was not all melted. The waitress laughed. We waited for a replacement for the tacos that never came. The manager failed to come speak to us. We won’t be back…Sorry, I believe if there were more restaurants in town that you could sit down at, Alberto’s would go under.

Excellent service from a great staff. Drinks and food came out quickly and out waitress was on point! Salsa was a bit disappointing. Seemed to be mostly tomato sauce with large chunks of onion and not much spiciness. Chili sauce on the relleno was cold and the beef in my taco was dry and overcooked. They were busy, so maybe the kitchen was in the weeds abit.

I gave them four stars, all the great food, but one, lol. Had to take them down a star because of the Chile Relleno. I've been eating there for years and I cannot recall an un breaded relleno. They said they never used the egg batter. I think I would remember that, but it might be possible, strongly doubt. But there is still a lot to order and is one of the better restraunts in Big Spring. Couldn't believe they just put a little sauce and cheese on it! Should call it a stuffed pepper. Everything else is a 10 out of 5. Rellano a solid 1.
