We were really surprised to find this place one day while getting BBQ down the street. It's quite the unique little coffee shop, and the staff is super friendly. We'll definitely be back.
Their iced coffee was good, and if you like loose leaf tea, then this is the place to go. The food is good too.
The food and lemonade was great. There was a slight hiccup with the order but the cashier/barista Hailey fixed it up quickly and efficiently. Well done.
Food was great. Coffee was okay. TV's inside were distracting
I hade the item called the Plate and coffee it was very good .Service and food are always great here .
beautiful! super nice employees. reminds me of georgetown square 10–15 years ago 😄 lots of seating. bathrooms were a little dirty/dim but not completely disgusting
Coffee shop and Cafe would fit into Paris or Vicenza equally well. 😍 gorgeous building and use of space; amazing menu.
I love going to Arusha’s when Bryce is there. He brings good vibes, great customer service, and the coffee is amazing!
I never write reviews for places. However; for this specific place I will. I went to Arusha’s, and the coffee was the bare minimum. I then went back a year later, and the atmosphere was so much different! There was better customer service, specifically the employee named Bryce! The coffee was so much better. I didn’t feel out of place! I went back recently, and I didn’t feel the same atmosphere as before. The coffee felt skimped on. The food was not that great. Etc.
The place is nice, clean and have a unique ambiance. Laura was really amazing and took her time explaining tacos and drinks which was really helpful since the names on the menu are kinda unique. I got the Kung Pao taco (Stir-fry chicken, soy gauce zucchini, scallions, Sichuan peppercorn, peanuts, dried chili peppers and pao sauce). The flavor is on point especially if you tried to pair it with their hot sauce. Also got the Bulgolgi taco which is (top blade beef, Korean carrot paste, pickled red onions and cilantro). This was a little bit salty for me and I didn’t care much for it. The last one was the Shaviche (Peach mango salsa, tilapia with fresh squeezed beets lemon lime topped with cilantro on a flour tostada). The combination of this one is really delicious, couldn’t taste or see the tilapia tho and the tostada was kinda tiny and super crunchy, hopefully they will do something about it. The chips and queso are super good, chips were thin and not greasy at all, the queso was thick enough and have a good consistency, it wasn’t spicy even when they added their chili sauce to it. Based on Laura’s recommendation I got me some iced Moroccan mint tea to go and it was fabulous. Overall the place and the food are good, presentation is eye catching in a very simple way and the flavors are something else. Definitely will come back again to try other tacos from the menu.
I've been going to this place since it opened. And, it doesn't disappoint! Great coffee, pleasant staff, and amazing atmosphere.
easily the healthiest food options in the area. Their tacos are healthy and superb.
Excellent atmosphere and prices. Opens early and stays open late. Perfection.
The service was excellent the carrot cake was out-of-this-world it was so good but I have to leave a truthful comment by stating that I ended up buying a smoothie and it was not up to satisfaction it wasn't sweet it pretty much tasted like strawberry water with blended ice on top of water it had no flavor.
We stopped by here on our drive from Austin to Dallas. The coffee flavors are AMAZING! Absolutely loved the coffee.
Great food and coffee! Baristas were very nice as well.
Food and drinks are good but service is terrible. Multiple times I have gone in to get a drink and a pastry, thinking it should be quick, only for them to forget about my order and leaving me waiting for half an hour. I don’t like being rude or pushy to customer service workers so I don’t like to rush them but then I see people that ordered way after me get their things while I’m still waiting. When I finally go up to the counter, they just say “sorry” and just start making the order then, after I’ve been waiting for a long time. I wasn’t going to leave a review originally but it has happened multiple times now. The staff is inattentive and spend half their time talking to each other instead of paying attention.
I love coffee, my husband love Chai Lattes....both drinks were disappointing. The quiche was heated up, probably, in a microwave which gave it a strange texture. The restaurant itself is very nice but it was my first and last time for me.
Wonderful place to unwind or meet up with friends. Staff is very nice and helpful if you have questions 😊 Cinnamon Dolce Latte..my favorite.
I had a puff pastry with spinach, egg, and cream cheese. The flaky pastry was stuffed with a quiche-like filling that was served hit and quite delicious. My friend had a flat taco with avocado and egg that she also enjoyed. My London Fog with Earl Grey tea and foamed milk was perfect and worth the wait. Arusha's has plenty of comfortable seating options including a second story indoor balcony. A great place to hang out with a friend.
