We have never found breakfast as good as this place! Hands down the best you can find anywhere and everything is made from scratch. Very friendly service and family owned - the exact kind of place you should be supporting! We will be back for more!

Burgers & Fries were good. ***BUT DO NOT GO BY THEIR MENU PRICES On The Internet, They’re INCORRECT!!! Really disappointing! Kids Burger w/Fries ( because waitress didn’t listen) and charged $13.00 (which also included $1.00 for Cheese) So, if you’re looking at the internet Prices, you’ll definitely be surprised! Change your Internet Prices or Honor Them To Keep Your Customers Happy & Pay Attention To You Customers when they order!! Trying to support your small businesses is not always the right thing to do, especially when they just look at you and say Our Prices Went Up, I Get That, However Correct It On Google FIRST, Especially when your Senior Citizens that are on a fixed Income!! Please Make It Right For The Next Person and Honor The Prices Posted, Remember we’re the Ones that keep Your Doors Opened!!

First time at 1836 cafe in Bells. If you haven't tried it...get here quick! Breakfast and lunch open 8-2 Tues-Sunday. Pancakes and eggs are amazing. Bacon was meh (too thick/tough) but sausage was good. Hubs had bologna sandwhich and fries...he gives it a 10/10 but would rather have it on a hamburger bun. Did I mention 2 free mimosas per person on Saturday and Sunday? Neeley gave great service! Overall...come eat here!

The service was great and the staff were pleasant and attentive! I had ordered a pulled pork burger and some fries and everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I would absolutely recommended to anyone in the area or anyone wanting to try this place for the first time

Delicious food and the staff is very friendly. The inside is pretty small, but they have an area with a few tables and a counter where you can sit and eat. The decor is neat with old fashioned bottles on shelves lining the top of the walls. Our family has placed large orders to be picked up and have never had anything missing, even on more complicated orders. Very impressive! The owners live locally and work there. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The wife bakes all of the desserts and the husband makes all of the delicious food in a corner of the restaurant. The cinnamon rolls are huge and delicious (big enough to share with at least 2 people!) and the hamburgers are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The mushroom Swiss burger is soooo good!!!! They also have a great breakfast menu.

The best of the best around. I make excuses to come back home to the area more often just for 1836. The food is always consistent, and the owners are so sweet. So glad to see this place thriving like it is.

Maybe the best flapjacks I have ever had......the biscuit and gravy was worthy of any meal alone. The homemade chips are beyond belief good! My new favorite place! Try everything!
