Very speedy service in the A.M. great food and service
Busy but the staff were doing a great job.
Not as good as I was expecting Shipley’s to be.
All I got was 2 ice coffees and they were both terrible. Friendly staff though.
Apple Fritters were burnt. Had to take them back for refund. Since they did refund the money I gave them 4 stars because everything else was real good.
Best donut place in town by far (the chain), although if I had the choice I would prefer to go to another location. Great selection of donuts, easy to order and quick accurate service! The maple cream puff is the softest, fluffiest donut ever.

I love Shipleys but I wasn’t sure why the drive thru was SO slow. Got up to the window and saw the same guy there that was taking a cigarette break in the back.

We won't be coming back. The donuts were NOT good! The staff was cleaning up at our table while we're eating. They were sweeping up at our table while we were sitting there. I had to tell them we were still eating. I got an explanation that they were cleaning up. How do you tell an employee that they aren't supposed to clean up while we are eating? The dough was not fluffy it was dense and tough. We like Shipley's. However, this location needs quality control. I saw doughnuts just thrown on a tray, looking rough not being prepared properly.
Very friendly , patient, helpful staff. Always enjoy go into there to get our weekly donuts on Saturday.

Just ordered a Big Earl. It was good but they put it in the paper bag without a wrapper. 😦

Well I stopped by early that morning to get hot fresh donuts and to my surprise they were cold and hard and the iced coffee tasted terrible ivdint think I will be going back to this location again
