Love love love this place! They seriously have the best desserts. The gelato is very good and creamy. I love the little cakes.

Good place with good food, coffee, and service. I’m knocking a star off for cleanliness of the dining area. After sitting here working for 2 hours. I have not once seen one employee come out to clear a table or sweep. Dishes and trash from brunch/lunch are still here well into mid afternoon. Customers are just moving the dishes from one table to another if they want to sit at a certain table.

Be careful if you have allergies My friend has a severe tree nut allergy, which could kill them. We went over the ingredient label multiple times, no tree nuts on the muffin. When we got in the car he took a bite and found what looked like a cashew. Didn’t swallow it but still had to take them to the emergency room. Poor dude couldn’t enjoy a simple muffin :(

The absolute best baked goods & coffee!! I moved away from the area & can't wait to go to Raos when I'm in town! I wish they'd expand to the Fort Worth area!

Great gelato and cheesecake! Ordering is a bit confusing though.

UNSATISFIED! This place makes wonderful, beautiful sweets. I'm not happy with the service I got on Monday, January 23,2020. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries. I don't mind the cost but expect it to be precenentable. Strawberries we're placed on top of each another. Some of the chocolate got chipped. Unacceptable for a high-quality company. Called the manager and she made excuses brushed me off with all kinds of excuses. If they only had boxes, why not put my order in 2 boxes so they were not stacked on top of each other?

We picked up our VooDoo king cake Saturday 7th. The cake was old or stale..dry. Nothing like the one I got last year. I was really let down. 😪

Coffee here is excellent. Their pastries and other breakfast items look outstanding but I have yet to try them as Rao's has become my go-to spot when I need a jolt of caffeine.

Best bakery we found since moving from R.I. It was just pure luck we were here visiting family for Christmas when we found this gem.

Horrible customer service experience almost every time I come here. The past 5 times I have visited there have been at least five employees behind the counter doing various odd tasks without acknowledging the customers standing at the register. Strange as this is a customer service business. I was very curious as to why this might be. I then looked up how much Rao’s pays it’s employees. They hire their people at $10 an hour. This is a joke and explains why their employees give such a poor performance. McDonald’s pays their people more. Shame on the owner.

A little weird. Came through drive thru at 8:00 when drive thru is suppose to I think be open until 8:30. Was informed expresso machine was down for the night so I asked if they could do frappes and was then informed the whole barista area was already shut down for the night. Just wanted something sweet..

I highly recommend any Raos inside the golden triangle. Management is genuine with high regards for family and moral values. The baristas, cashiers and bakers/ deli employees take pride in their jobs. They see to that a customers needs are met in s timely fashion. And the MOD Erica is super cute. If you are new in town or just passing through, you won’t be disappointed with their menu, atmosphere, or their customer service.

Got to start with the good: raos has always been a go to for ice cream and coffee for sure, recently my wife and I tried the cheesecake and it is literally one of the best I ever had. The bad: today we had a personal red velvet cake and pumpkin pie slice and both were actually terrible. I wish I was being dramatic but the red velvet cake was stiff like a dried out piece of bread that had been in a fridge for many weeks. I took the cake back up to the counter and let the cashier know and they brought another cake that was only slightly less stiff. Picture having to use two hands to push a fork through a cake! The pumpkin pie had a crust that was not even cooked. It was all around a disappointing experience and I always had high expectations of this place. I will give 3 stars because they at least have given me good service and until today everything has been delicious

I have been here multiple times and have tried various items. Their coffee is pretty good as are their dessert fruit cups (not sure what they’re called exactly). I am not a fan of their icing though. Any time I have tried it, it’s usually unexciting and tastes like plastic. I do think there are some yummy treats there that may be worth getting, but I am steering clear of anything with icing.

On October 3rd at around 6:30 pm after ordering a cake i was told that by a manager that hey could not do a black trim for my cake, because they dont do black icing, came to get my cake and there was 2 cakes shown below in their premade display with black icing and one from a review a week before. Pure shenanigans straight up lied to me. Why? What was the point in that? This is a permanently lost customer.
