was in a fun and unusual drink mood and they did not disappoint with cool refreshing drinks topped with the most unique coconut cream.
Great Vibes, Great food, Great price! Try hard coffee was out go to coffee spot when my wife were staying nearby. We walked a half mile there each day. They have some wonderful deals and combos to meet anyone's needs! Is it busy? No worries! They will have a dj spinning up some great tunes to keep you entertained. Can't wait to return next time we are anywhere in the area!
Great atmosphere! I had cold brew and my wife had a latte. We asked for the latte to be no foam but they missed the mark on that. However it was still good and my cold brew was excellent, super smooth.

Really nice coffee shop right up the road from Franklin BBQ. Only popped in for a quick Cortada as have been in US for a good few days and hadn’t tried a coffee yet. Was really good. They had a DJ, vinyl as well as outdoor seating. Overall really nice spot, I can imagine a fair few locals would be popping down to visit. Please seek out if you’re looking for a good coffee.
Avoid the specialty drinks. They were undrinkable. This is the first time I've been to a coffee shop and not been able to take more than one sip of the drink I ordered.
Good vibes. They had a DJ on a Saturday morning spinning some mariachi beats. The prices were quite high, and they didn’t get my order quite right, but it was super busy and I’m overall pleased
They had a live DJ playing great music. Good pour over coffee, which is all I had.
Everyone that works here is super nice! Love the vegan food options as well as the carnitas taco if I'm feeling naughty. Matcha is whipped to perfection! Usually easy to find a spot to work and good music!
Oh boy what can I say, I guess they forgot to try hard on the "coffee" part of their business (I'm European so I know good coffee). My iced mocha was much closer to iced milk water, I guess didn't have any coffee or chocolate that day? Then they served my friend's hot matcha latte with ice cubes in it for some reason, and it wasn't even green! The barista looked high as a kite too, so maybe that was just her doing her best, who am I to judge? It's the effort that counts after all! You're not paying for good coffee, you're paying for the effort! If you wanted lazy good coffee you'd go somewhere else this is Try Hard, not Starbucks! But I gotta say while it's pretty clear they don't really try that hard on their coffee you can tell they sure tried hard on all the decorations. The outdoor patio is very aesthetic, it even has cute little disco balls! So rest assured you can at least get some nice pictures for the gram while you're sipping on your milk water pretending to be doing work on your laptop while smoking your "cbd" joints and blowing your weed cloud all over everyone else at the cafe!

Such a cute little coffee shop! My girlfriend and I stopped on our way into Austin and we loved it! It was definitely a little high energy and loud, but we enjoyed it! Their iced coffee was great too!
First time visiting Try Hard Roasters and I'm obsessed. We came here for the Austin Yelp Pop-Up Event "Ciao Austin", and we saw many locals getting coffee and breakfast there. The staff are very laid back and chill. Around 10:30am-ish, most of the popular breakfast wraps were already sold out! I love the cool vibes inside the coffee shop and their DJ makes great music! Would definitely come back for more and explore the cute garden seating area!
I wish I could visit here everyday. It's that type of vibe. The albums (yes albums) being played on rotation is lit. It's jus a vibe.
It’s mid tear coffee at best nothing too special, same with the food south Congress has way more options and better coffee

Great coffee shop! They have a DJ spinning Vinyl and a chill back patio. Much better than some of the fancy coffee shops you see popping up all around town these days.
