I’ll always love Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf!
This place can never seem to get my order right, even after repeating myself many times. The coffee taste good but the annoyance of not getting what I ordered everytime is greater.
They were real busy and there was a little confusion and delay in getting my order out, but in the final analysis, I finally got my coffee at no charge. They were all very friendly.

The drinks here are sort of a hit or miss. I go every once in a while because they have a drive-thru and are pretty fast. However, I will say the gluten free scones (when they have them) are delicious and I highly recommend them and I'm not even gluten free.

I keep going back and they keep failing me. Every time I have gone to this location they get my order wrong. I do like the breakfast tacos. It’s just convenient so I keep going back in hopes that they will get it together.
They forgot to make my cappuccino and I had to ask after waiting awhile. Total fail.
A manager publicly humiliated an employee at the register for not asking for the customers name. He brought the customer her breakfast sandwich and the manager yelled across the room, "What is her name?!" The employee quietly said, "I'm not sure." and then the manager made him go ask the person for her name. It was really awkward and uncomfortable. The manager said this was an attempt for her to teach the employee to connect more with their customers. However, this attempt just made everyone in the coffee shop feel on edge.
I have wanted to like this place. I've tried. I'm very specific when I order a latte with an extra shot of vanilla. I found out they use powder, ok, so I said an extra 1/2 scoop. The guy acts dumbfounded telling me I won't like it and that the extra vanilla will make it too sweet. This kind of argument has happened 2 times over the past 2 months. I have to drive away. What happened to the customer is always right????? Fine to suggest but don't keep arguing with me...If I break down and grab a quick coffee here it has to be plain. This is in my neighborhood and not being able to buy a good coffee is disappointing.

Got a neat little place to stop at I get the caramel mocha they have sandwiches a lot of different things in their check them out pretty neat and the people in there are very nice and courteous.
Very nice layout and great friendly staff. They know what they make and it's very flavorful drinks. I plan to go back next time I'm in the area.

I appreciate the sweet and friendly staff there. This was my first time at a coffee bean and I will never go back to any other coffee shop but this haha
