Amazing product, amazing staff who are super friendly and helpful. More of a no frills kinda spot but definitely a gem. There’s really only outdoor seating.

My favorite coffee company since I found them at Vitamin Cottage/Natural Grocers many many years ago. This is a place for real coffee lovers like me-all about roast and beans, no auger nor creamer. I couldn’t wait to move to TX from CO to enjoy their coffee without waiting for my friends from Austin to deliver me some! I do enjoy their knowledge about their products and sample coffee, so I always buy extra, something new in addition to my long time favorites. Great owner, coffee and employees! Baked goods are pretty good too!

So friendly and delicious espresso! Got a quad shot espresso, and appreciate the small parking lot which makes it convenient to stop in. They also have various accessories for espresso coffee makers in addition to all types of beans. I picked up a nice flat bottom whisk that I’ve been looking around for a while.

I have been searching for a coffee place that appreciates darker roast for weeks. This place appreciates all variations of great coffee and they know how to make a great cup. I will be back soon.

I stumbled upon this East Austin cult favorite a few years ago, when I was looking for a cheap daily cup of coffee, which they have the highest quality that I have found anywhere to date. They are a retailer, and warehouse selling beans from all over the world literally. They also have a great selection of loose leaf teas (rarities such as Roobois) and Yerba Mate. The selection is seriously amazing and the staff is helpful to talk thru what type to try. They are going to move by the summer time (luckily closer to me), which is good considering all the construction in their current neighborhood. Because of their good and friendly staff and great selection, they will make a regular out of any coffee drinker.

Delicious coffee. Loved the “shakerato” (shaken espresso on ice).

Glad to see coffee priced reasonably. $2 for a drip is hard to find nowadays. The drip coffee (Ethiopia medium roast) is roasted to the traditional side, decant but nothing interesting.

It's no secret that TCT has no eqaul for their understanding, care, and artisanal roasting talents for 20+ years in Austin . . back in the days when one could drive to East Austin without taking one's life in his hands. But perhaps not enough attention has been paid to their service. This Christmas, for example, when UPS botched a delivery from TCT to Dripping Springs both Nate the shipping manager and Ron took on the dragon of UPS and while doing so shipped a second order via USPS in time to advert a coffeeless Christmas. I'm grateful to them for their quick attention and response and for likely saving my marriage should the problem gone unaddressed. Thanks.

Was so happy to find this place. Wow! The selection for roasting and beans is gigantic! The coffee is AMAZING! I am bringing home the lone star Texas blend. They make their cold brew with it and it was 10/10. Will be coming back if we ever head back to Tx. Veteran owned. Window and inside ordering. Super friendly staff and free stickers!!!

So good! They have so many options for coffee and a special fall menu you can order off. I got the cold brew fall special. The staff is super nice. Love the patio, it’s so green and had such pretty plants and cute eclectic furniture They suggest a mask to enter the actual shop but one of our party didn’t have a mask so we couldn’t go in but I really want to go and see the teas and coffees in there! Also the whole area smells of lovely coffee, and they even have some bakery options you can order

I have a great deal of nostalgia related to this coffee company. Coffee Traders had a coffee shop in the RLM building at the University of Texas. When I started attending UT in 2018, I had a habit of grabbing a cup of coffee before attending class (almost on a daily basis). In all honesty, to this very day, I do not recall having a cup of coffee more flavorful than the ones served at the RLM coffee shop. After the pandemic came, my classes became fully virtual and I came back to Houston. Upon my return to University for the fall 2021 semester, I went to RLM and saw the coffee shop had closed. I had been saving my punch card for a free cup of coffee for nearly 2 years which I could not redeem. After graduating in 2022, I became aware that coffee traders were still in business. Last week I placed my order and it got delivered today. Taking a sip out of my cup really brought back some very pleasant memories. Will definitely be reordering coffee from here again.

This coffee shop is amazing. I dropped my coffee machine off next door and was surprised by a complimentary coffee. Everyone was very nice that i talked to while here and wanted to pay it forward with this review. Very cool spot.
