Polite staff, quick service, clean restaurant, and a great upstairs study area! Where we sat had a nice window and I was able to watch some ducks play in the grass. Peaceful, relaxing, and our orders tasted great!

I feel like they purposely made my drink gross because I said I had hot tea with boba before. Maybe it’s just not the kind of place I was expecting it to be, but my drink was not good and the lady who made it knew it wasn’t good, I could tell by the look on her face. Also they have the option for less sugar but when I asked for 25% the man informed me that it wasn’t possible, that was the main issue with my drink too. Tasted like straight syrup.

Teapioca is one of my favorite bubble tea chains, and this location lives up to the expectation. My go-to is the pure matcha tea with cubed ice, aloe vera, and basil seeds at zero sweetness. This location has a few tables in a loft area above the counter that were great for working online for a couple hours. They have free wifi, too. There's some bar seating on the first level.

Always love this place they have many options when it comes to drink flavors. The facility itself is slightly underwhelming, but other than that it's a great place to get some yummy tea or boba.

I've tried coming here multiple times and every time I just don't enjoy it except for the area being nice. I've had maybe a single person that wasn't rude in some way. I ordered a 44oz one time, given a 22oz which they threw away and charged me for another 22oz to give me the 44oz which was more expensive (even by a little amount) than paying for just the 44oz drink Today I took my service animal because it was a bad day and they told me to leave, and I became to panicked by all the people inside to even bother explaining it was a service animal. There's other places with better staff and much better drinks I'm sure. This is just the last time I care to come to this location. If I want to enjoy something that makes me happy then it's definitely not going to be here. Never has been.

Probably the worst boba I’ve had in Austin and high priced. There are way better options in the area. The menu was confusing too.

Ordering was easy but I did it too early and trying to call this location. No one is picking up. I would like my order to be done at a later time, please, if possible. Other than that my drink was very good.

As a person who grew up with boba on the West Coast, the ordering structure is counterintuitive. My Texan friends assumed this was always how it was done, but it could truly be a lot easier and come out with better results. I've not had this issue ordering boba elsewhere in Austin. On my first visit I wanted to order black milk tea with boba (the most basic boba available). I had to explain (3 times) to the cashier because he did not believe it was a real drink. Each time I have visited afterwards, I try to order something on the menu and the barista does not seem to recognize even when I point to it on (one of the 3) menus. Each time I am asked to build my tea, using the "Art of Tea", and you have to specify each element that you want, even if it not an option on the build your tea list. You will end up missing a key part of want you wanted, no matter what. The menu size is tremendous and I really feel for the baristas. They have been handed an impossible task and seem overwhelmed by it. Also, you will not be able to see the full menu until you are actually ordering your items.

You can get pretty good tea here but to do so you have to ignore the flashing giant menu and essentially argue with the deeply confused or exhausted barista who is trying to sell you a cold, sugarless and milkless tea for 7 dollars. If you do not emphatically insist that boba tea should also include milk and boba, you will not get them, despite the fact that that is how boba works and that the image on the menu includes both. This is even if you order the name verbatim while pointing at the drink. I have been here so many times and its always the same, regardless of who is working here. For a long time, I thought it was user error, but no I've just entered the twilight zone of tea shops where it is impossible to get a drink. You may return here, thinking that surely things will improve but this is a trap. It was always be bewildering and half the time your order will be unrecognizable. It is not your fault. Do not return here. You deserve better. (Also an allergy risk as they regularly add or substitute ingredients without saying i.e. swapping dairy for non-dairy creamer etc. If you do go here, be sure to read the label on the actual drink before consuming)

Menu is extremely unhelpful. There are three menus for boba tea, and if you don’t ask specifically for each ingredient individually you will order a “rose milk boba tea” and find yourself paying $6 for a cold tea with no sweetener, no creamer, and no boba. It is just cold tea. The staff is friendly but routinely seems confused by basic orders. I have been here multiple times with multiple baristas and each time it seems clear the training is failing the baristas; they do not seem to know what boba tea typically comes with and I walk away with something that is clearly different from the picture on the menu because I didn’t specifically ask to add something like dairy. Prices are not listed, and menu does not contain components- what is in a “red panda blastea”???

Disappointed, got two mango smoothies as usual and came upon two big hairs in each. I think what happened is one of the girls hair must have fallen in the making causing hair in both drinks. It should be mandatory to wear hair nets to prevent this in the future. Displeased.

Service was not nice and charged me twice for the same order! Don’t come here unless you want to be scammed!
