They let the regular coffee stays for ever on the coffeemaker more than hours, making the coffee tests burning and bitter. 1/2 an hour is the rule. The specialty coffee like cappuccinos are make like the caffe lattes no difference...so sad . We paid a lot $$$ for coffee this days. Please train youe Baristas. I rather but from Nordstrom abd and not Starbucks.

Hands down best cold brew coffee in Austin. I’ve noticed recently most coffee shops have watered down their coffee but not here - they definitely did not cut back on the quality. Staff is very friendly too!

Wow, was the mocha sweet! I asked for 1/2 chocolate and could still barely drink it. The full chocolate mocha was so syrupy, I thought she must have spilled when pouring it in.

Pomegranate or Cranberry juice?? Expensive for a Tea. Also have bagels, salads with chairs nearby. Generally I liked the place, will come back???
Its ok. $5.50 for a medium drink that was labeled as "Pomegranate Ice Tea". Tasted like cranberry juice to me. Not great value. Why I only gave 3 stars. The perspective of Nordstrom 'ebar' explains why prices were higher. Service was good, friendly. This place was small, choices were on 4 menu boards. Like a small Starbuck's with smoothie choices and bagels yet not frappuccino. There's tables, away from food court That's lil quiet, more calm.

The Lavender Chai is a must! Never a disappointed drink made here ^_^ keep up the tasty drinks
Great place with knowledgeable barristas. I had a cortado with a blend from Costa Rica and Indonesia and I enjoyed my cuppa coffee!
