Coffee is delicious and the baristas are so sweet. Krista is so special ⭐️ ❤️
They didn't put my lid on right so when I went to take a sip I spilt hot coffee all over my yellow skirt burning my thighs. Edit: now that I've drank the coffee it's not good, it tastes stale and burnt.
Really gross coffee. Had to throw away my cappuccino and rebuy at Merit.
The workers are generally nice. The coffee is pretty good, we get it before we grocery shop. The draft lattes most of the time are just foam (the barista warned me when I first got one which was nice) so I recommend doing a black and tan so you get some drink. When they came out with the salted caramel oat draft it was too milky for me but i asked for it like a black and tan and it was good.
I from out of town, I got the salted caramel draft latte…WOW! Changed my life. Cant wait to come back and have another one.
The first few time I came here was when this first opened and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I hadn't been a few months, and came in today, the person who helped me was rude.
Falls short of the La Colombe experience in Philadelphia. If I were to sum up the vibe at this location, it would be a Costco hotdog stand. I found the barista to be rather friendly but setting for the coffee shop doesn’t do it justice.
You can take your $7 eight oz draft and gtfo of Texas
The staff is very friendly and nice but the quality of the coffee is very poor. The price that I paid for a cappuccino is comparable to that of an upper end coffee shop, but the quality is not there. Their foaming techniques are good, but the amount of espresso used is either non-existent or very minimal. My wife got a latte and that was like a cup of warm milk with foam.
My experience was good only the first time, not coming back. Got every thing wrong even in a basic order
La Colombe in NYC is amazing. This location can be good, but is often inconsistent. I always get an iced mocha, but it has never been the same twice. Sometimes they put so little espresso that the drink just tastes like chocolate milk. This location has potential, but consistency is lacking.
Unfortunate experience with Columbe. Two days in a row my order has been fumbled. Two days in a row staff was rude and inconsiderate. Not taking responsibility for the mistakes after brining the mistakes to their attention. To be served the wrong order, overcharged, and treated poorly almost seems like a bad joke.
Curious who manages the menu logistics for this place? They’re always out of half the menu. Today they were out of chocolate and soy milk. You’re literally inside a grocery store.
Just had the worst experience here. I ordered the oat milk draft latte ($6) and when I reached for it it was very light and all foam. I informed the woman who made it and she said “that’s how they are, real foamy.” I pointed to the picture and said usually there is part liquid and part foam. I’ve had draft lattes from here a dozen times at all different locations. She dismissed me with the response “If you order a Big Mac it never looks like the picture.” I waited 10 minutes and the foam all went down, resulting in 2 sips of coffee. Such a disappointing experience and horrible customer service.
Great coffee. Though nitro and cold brew are not the same thing, I enjoyed what ultimately was my cold brew.
Love the draft coffee! Service was friendly but the only complaint I got was how the draft coffee was poured. I only had half a cup of coffee once the coffee settled sadly
Great quality and service. Staff is always super friendly and efficient.
Extremely poor customer service and unnecessarily rude during a routine interaction. I was excited to try La Colombe but after my experience I wont be back.
Amazing Cortado and yummy pastries. The coffee is top notch! 10/10, would recommend.
try the oat milk chai on draft, SO yummy. Has an amazing creamy taste but more on the light side, I would’ve thought it was made with cream it’s so good! If you’re not super into sweets you can always get half cold brew (also on draft) and make it a dirty chai! also one of the baristas recommended a nice park so thanks for that as well! :)
