They need more than 1 barista in the AM. It takes forever to get a coffee.
I love coming here coffee is great and so are the baristas
Was a pleasant experience. Would recommend to friends.
A small-ish place, with talented baristas. Baked goods are nice, also beer available in bottles and cans. N/A drinks available, too. Nice patio... On Thursday evenings around 7 there's an open mic night; sit and listen or bring your guitar. 😎👍
Love this place. Has my favorite ice matcha oat milk latte in Austin.
Overall score 4.5 out of 5 Iris has a great vibe inside and a nice outside patio in the back. Great location The coffee, cold brew, lattes, macha’s are great. Definitely a great Coffee shop worthy of checking out.
Best cold brew in Austin! Great space out back to sit and unwind, get some work done, or hang with friends.
Okay - I actually like this place. Great coffee and there's usually a good atmosphere. My complaint is that the baristas will slam a metal cup/espresso tray (not exactly sure what it is) after making a latte, which makes a loud, abrupt noise. I'd compare it to someone popping a balloon randomly every 3 or 4 minutes. Not the vibe I want at a coffee shop. I'll keep coming back and change my review if they do something about this. It's pretty annoying.
I went to irie Bean a lot over the many years it's been open and it's always been a great place. I just moved to Berlin, but whenever I'm back in the States I'm going to try to make it back to this place. Heard some great music, got an opportunity to play a few times, and the staff is excellent all around.
Reallyyyy love this place! Backyard jams and chill vibes all around. Everything is always irie here!
Enjoyed coffee beer in the morning along with fresh blue coffee and grass wheat latte. Barista was friendly. Backyard was good
Can't you put a location in the burbs!?!? I need more Austin creativity and more healthy coffee tea options in my life!
I prefer my coffee without ideology. Slow service too.
I tried their iced frappe today and it was the best frappe I’ve ever had. it had me on a caffeine high that I really needed to help me be productive at work I only drank half of a large size too I didn’t even realize it was strong because it didn’t work were like it but hands down best coffee I’ve ever had I’ll definitely keep coming back
Don’t go to this place ! No place to park! And if you park behind the restaurant you gonna get a ticket! And be careful with the parking people , they are armed! and they are rude and aggressive people!
Amazing coffee with tons of syrup options … it was so hard to pick just one and I will definitely be back to try more. Patio is super cute and relaxing especially on a beautiful day. They also share the space with East side king making it convenient to grab a bite and coffee together.
Calling attention to the poor parking situation around the coffee shop - parking lot that backs the establishment towing sign should include explicit information that parking is not for the establishment. The ambiguity is bad for its business and has obviously impacted customers on a few occasions as pointed out in other comments. My suggestion would be to advocate for clearer signs (something along the lines of “parking not for Irie Bean Coffee & Wine bar guests” as some other lots where towing is enforced do) in the actual parking lot because the measures in place now aren’t as obvious as one/establishment likes to think. The current signage clearly works in the favor of the towing company. Consider this on behalf of your future patrons.
Small little coffee/wine store. There is a large patio area in the back. Only ordered coffee and decaf Espresso. Both were good.
My favorite neighborhood coffee shop. Excellent cold brew and friendly staff.
Dope little spot is a lot better than Starbucks that’s for sure!
