Quite a long line, amazing atmosphere.
I like this place, some of the best coffee I’ve had in this area. Consistently good. I'm also enjoy the chocolate croissants and coffee cake.
Very good albeit nerdy coffee. They even have a science lab full of probably thousands of dollars. Loved my creative latte art
Ordered a mocha, it was VERY sweet, especially for dark chocolate. The place was very crowded and felt cluttered and disorganized. I can see it once was super cute with the book nook, and view of the roasting room. However, the roasting room is dirty and messy. The book nook is chaotic and could use a little bit of organizing. For the amount of guests in there, it would be nice to utilize the extra room that looks like it’s for educational classes. Overall, not a very welcoming vibe and the coffee didn’t make up for it. Staff was friendly and polite.
Don’t know there names but the two that served us deserve a raise! Look at that latte art!!!
Great coffee - good any mood here. Bit too hip but would go again.
Lots of seating, plenty of outlets, good place to get some work done. Good coffee too
Greater Goods are championing and nurturing the specialty coffee scene in Austin, which I hugely appreciate! They really care about coffee, and provide best in class specialty coffee, paying attention to detail at every aspect of the process, from reverse osmosis filtered water, to a wide range of SCA 80+ scored coffees from different regions and varietals, lightly roasted and served as pour overs, cold brews and a variety of espresso drinks. On top of all that, they have a dedicated training space to help educate the public (and their own baristas) on really smelling and tasting the differences between all of those amazing coffees, offering reasonably priced taste development classes and cupping exercises. Highly recommend for anyone who really wants to taste the flavours of specialty coffee!
Great shop that makes a mean matcha latte. Their tree of heaven and retama outside are so lovely when they're in bloom. Thanks for the early morning pick me up, guys!
Austin’s coffee lab. Great pour overs. Wifi isn’t great, but I’d hate for the internet to get in the way of a great cup of coffee.
Very good coffee and super nice and friendly staff! Croissant was delicious too.
Such a great spot to grab some coffee and tacos 🌮
Don’t miss coming to this cafe. Bourbon latte was the bomb! 👌 Best to come early in the morning (I was here at 9 am on Easter Sunday and it was a chill vibe and not crowded)
First time at the Greater Goods Coffee Roaster and my experience was great! We ordered a hot latte and a brewed coffee - both were good and their latte art was impeccable. We got to the coffee shop on a Saturday afternoon. It was super busy but we were able to find a seat and the wait time was not long at all although there was a line in front of the counter. We spent about 2 hours in the store working in our laptop. It was comfy but sometimes it gets a little loud. Overall 4/5. Coffee 4/5. Interior 3/5.
Quality coffee, quality staff, executed well, and was a beautiful atmosphere. A must see.
Uhhh, fantastic. Can recomend this place. Super tasty. And order a tea too.
Great place to get some work done - not too many distractions, and comfortable seating.
My favorite coffee shop on the east side! Craft teas and drinks
My favorite coffee shop! Very aesthetically pleasing with good lattes
The coffee is good and the workers are nice, they also usually have vegan options on their flavored drink specials which I really appreciate. Its also nice that they have a parking lot.
