Do not go to this Dutch bros unless you have an additional hour to kill in the drive thru/pickup window. I’ve heard they were extremely slow, but still went against my better judgement. I would 1000% recommend going somewhere else.
Love this place, drinks are amazing I come here every other day for the same golden eagle Chai extra caramel blended. Yum. Only 1 incident with my drink being wrong, but customer service fixed the issue quickly and professional. Love it.
Love this place. Personally, the rebels are my favorite to get. There are tons of options, but feel free to mix things how you want.
Very pleasant young lady at the register. I wish I could remember her name. She was awesome.

Dutch is pretty 🔥- the staff are always amazing and happy and energetic The drinks are fun And tons of options- especially in the milk shake dept The coffee and Chai are awesome The drive thru is fast and easy- they even come to your car to take order I go maybe once a week Enjoy
I absolutely love this place better than Starbucks. The employees are always so nice and welcoming, and they give great advice on what to try out. For sure our to go place at least twice a month!
Fastest coffee slingers in town. Don't let the long looking lines deter you. They can move fast.

Cold brew was $6.44 (super expensive) but delicious, really long wait in line though
I waited so long for a Dutch Bros to hit Austin that wasn't an hour or more away from me and they are finally here. No doubts they'd be incredible but when I went there the first time and every time since, their staff are kind, friendly and not overly bubbly so it comes off genuine and authentic and not fake like other Dutch Bros where they are so overly bubbly it seems like they are acting to live up to DB standards of service. Either way that's not what your met with at this location, this location is fantastic. Drinks are delicious. Service is great. And I am overall very pleased. My only hiccup if you needed one is I'm used to DB in AZ where if the outside line is extremely long and you're feeling well enough to exit your car, you can go to the window and order and not wait for the car line. Kind of a perk for getting out your car. This ATX location does them in order of customer whether in the car line or at the window, so you wait and wait no matter what. Granted you get in the middle of the line more than likely than the back of the car line since as you're at the window they are still walking to car windows to take their order. However, it is different and it's really not a perk to go to the window so you mine as well just stay in your car and wait. Not a big deal, not even a complaint. Just food for thought on why people get out of their car and go to the shorter or nonexistent line at the window, instead of waiting in the long car line, because we believe we will have quicker service. Now that I know it I still get out of my car I just make sure I have time to wait no matter what because you will. The first day I tried the window I was running just in time for work but had like five minutes to spare, kinda, so went to the window and ordered and was met with this new way of running things so it threw me off a bit. It was frustrating cause in AZ the window CSR will make your drink right there, he sat just outside of sight waiting for more customers as everyo

I like that they have oat milk as an option! the customer service has always been great. for example, i went there at 5am as soon as they opened and the barista was very nice! and made me laugh on an off day barista: what has u up so early me: oh u know, depression messing up my sleep schedule barista: slay

always a little busy, but the baristas do a great job keeping the traffic flowing! the coffee itself isn't ~amazing~ but there are some fun flavors and things so i like to come here as a treat :)

Driveway staff taking orders has always been friendly and efficient. At the window the staff is quick to ask about your day while making sure they have your order complete and correct as they hand it out to you. Area outside is always clean.
Didn't get what we ordered. ☹️ Missing sugar free vanilla in the cold brew with soft top. Orange soda had soft top instead of cream/breve.
