I expected it because it was a Korean-style Croffle cafe in Austin. However, the cold Croffle that i waited for more than 20mins and Matcha latte that made it too steamed made it bitter! I was the only one at that time but he keep accepting new orders even though not finished my order! And he took the Croffle from the warmer and give it to me! Croffle Visual was good this is i gave 1 stars! The condition of the cafe was also not hygienic and I see some 🪰 on the displayed Croffles! never go back! Sorry!
Aesthetically immaculate. The perfect crunch on the exterior keeps the toppings from soaking into the croffle. The cookies and cream topping is better than you expect, without too many large cookie pieces. The caramel macadamia nut was too good; it's an incredible flavor combination. These confections surpass the rose colored memories of funnel cake at Schlitterbahn

The margo latte was amazing and the cream/filling for their mocha waffle (or "croffle"?) is really good too!
Loved the croffle! Definitely a must try, tastes delicious, something a lil different. Had not have something like this before, and it tasted great
The owner introduced croffle with different types of toppings. They are very great and mouth watering. You should be warned not falling in love with this otherwise you can’t control your weight lol. The hot Margo latte is my favorite too. It’s a bit strong if you are not quite into coffee. You’ll love it no doubt
The croffles and coffee is really nice! The quality is high grade and the attention to detail is top notch. The owner and employees have excellent customer service skills and make you feel comfortable. If you're in North Austin this place is a must try.

I've recently become obsessed with Cafe de Margo and the amazing croffle they serve. It's better than any waffle or croissant I have ever eaten, including the ones I've tried in Hong Kong, Belgium and France! It's truly the perfect treat. The owner is always so cheerful and helpful. You can tell he puts a whole lot of heart into his craft and it shows in every aspect of his food and coffee (the owner will gleefully tell you where he got his beans if you ask). Try the Margo latte for the perfect balance of sweetness!
This is a cute aesthetically pleasing cafe located inside hana world market. The aroma of freshly baked goods and coffee hits you coming in and leaving. Great service as well, very personable and friendly. I enjoyed the plain and strawberry croffle. They both had a nice caramel texture and the cream on top for the strawberry option was not too sweet which compliments it very well.
