The second time I came in sat down and got no service. I was told someone would be with me shortly, two other groups came in minutes after me and were given menus. Guess my money is not green enough. There were more waitresses then tables being occupied. Ohh well lost out on my money today. May try again next week. Can't rate the food never got a chance to order. When I left there was a table of four ladies trying to get someone to check them out. I told them good luck, and they said I know right and I left.

Nice Cafe. No patio for my little dog. Food and service is very good.

My Mother’s Day experience today included a 45 minute wait to be seated (which is to be expected) followed by what is an hour and ten minute wait for our food (and counting). A restaurant should be absolutely ashamed of itself to take patrons without disclosing this type of egregious inefficiency. To add to the insult I’ve had a waitress come by the table about every ten minutes for the past half hour to tell me that my food is about to come out. Nobody should ever pay for service this bad. Thank you Upper Park craphole for ruining my family’s holiday experience.

We came right before lunch hour with a large party so we had to wait a while for our food to come out. The service is good, we could probably have had our waters refilled without having to ask but the wonderful food is worth the wait. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll French toast.

Went to have breakfast this past weekend at Upper Park Cafe. Had not been there in about a year. Took a friend because their food is always very good. Attempted to alter the order slightly by adding a side of pancakes versus the normally included sides. All went really well until receiving the bill. Essentially, patron beware! Learned after the order that if you alter the order they will up charge you a lot more than ordering the standard off the menu items. Long story short I used to love this resturant. However after having to paying $24.40 for a $13.50 omelet due to these up charges. I sadly will not be able to support this Aubrey based business any longer. More disappointed that the resturant staff did not pass this information along to me. Even more disappointed the manger seemed indifferent to my questions.

Called here today as we were visiting the area from the UK. i'm not sure whether things got lost in translation as we asked for a wrap but got a toasted sandwich (which was delicious just not what I was expecting) my partner had to ask for his coffee twice before receiving but not really a problem as we were not in a rush. I was surprised that the cafe does not offer WiFi as this is the norm in the UK. Maybe this is something that could be added in the future for us out of towners That said, the food was delicious and the service friendly

Still our favorite breakfast place and has been since we moved to Aubrey five years ago. Consistently great food and all of the servers are fantastic. Upper Park is everything you could want from a small town diner.

Cute little small town cafe. Turkey melt was really good. If you’re wandering around in Aubry, go try it. Won’t be disappointed.

We love Upper Park Cafe! Staff is always friendly and energetic. If there’s not a cheerful hostess on shift to greet you at the door someone always greats us from the floor and lets us know we are welcome to sit anywhere we like. We never have to wait long for our delicious pecan coffee, they keeps my cup full and hot, and offer a coffee to go every time. The food is amazing, I love the French toast and they make my husband’s waffle per his special request “well done”. For lunch I suggest the west coast salad, the raspberry vinaigrette is so delicious! We have been regular customers at upper park for many years and will continue to be loyal customers for years to come. Definitely has the small town feel, you will always see someone you know because it’s the kind of place local people love to gather and go regularly! It’s an Aubrey land mark and a must visit for any new comers or out of town guest! Keep doing what your doing Upper Park Cafe!!!

So I usually love this place, I go most weekends, today though was as bad as it gets. Bad service and wrong orders. If it’s busy don’t go. If it’s less busy the service and food is usually pretty great. Part of the charm is the patio. Today when we tried to sit on the patio with our dog they said that no servers were available to serve people on the patio, no problem we just did a to go order and went to sit on the patio. However, the two tables right next to us were being served the whole time we were there. Servers came out 8-10 times and walked 2 feet away to take orders. Still they are super busy, I’ll be understanding. But then we get our to go order and decide to take it home since it’s so awkward. We get home my 12.99 bowl was missing the protein (chorizo) so I paid way too much for a pile of potatoes, beans, and cheese with eggs on top. My fiancés food was also not good and missing the biscuit. Incredibly disappointing today.

We went for breakfast with the little ones. They have a great breakfast menu and the options for little ones were fantastic! Plenty of food to fill you up, we had a wonderful experience and will be going back. Small town diner and delicious food!

Probably the best hashbrowns I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’d drive to Dallas once a week for these. Good environment. Small town, you’ll see the police and city council on a Monday in here as well. Wait staff excellent. 10/5 stars. Try the Lemmon blue berry pancakes!
