Very nice and cozy cafe in the heart of Watters Creek in Allen. Very safe and easy access to parking, and prices are reasonable. Lobby can get a bit busy on weekends with kids and families, but most days it’s fairly nice and calming. Perfect for a coffee date.
It's one of my favorite places of all time. Perfect spot for all seasons. Food, coffee, and overall their service. Way to go!
This is simply the best coffee shop in the area! It is my favorite place to stop in for hot chocolate and delicious pastries. The ambiance of this shop is so relaxing. The manager, Jamie, is so friendly and pleasant to talk with. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that was provided. Thank you so much!
My husband and I have been there a few times. I love the sparking Zingers! And my husband loves the tea!! The hot chocolate is amazing! Also, try the crepes because they are delicious! Jaime, the manager is so sweet!
My wife and I love to go here to relax on the patio. We order one sweet and one savory crepe and split them both -- the perfect combo. Yes, on bad weather days we have to stay inside, but it is still worth the excellent food and coffee.
Amazing atmosphere. Really good coffee and crêperie. Love the place. Definitely going again.
I know its a Creperie, but their muffins and other pastries are delicious too. I needed a mid-morning refuel and did a pastry and hot chocolate and it was just what I wanted. Definitely stop into Frogg if your at Watters Creek area.
I have a standing Sunday coffee date with my adult son, and Frogg is our favorite place to go. We usually split the S’mores crepe since it is so yummy delicious rich. I was delightfully surprised by the lavender chai latte. Jamie, the owner, is as gracious and caring as they come. A must for coffee and, of course, the best crepes this side of the Atlantic!
What a sweet coffee shop! My coffee was lovely and the double chocolate muffin was so delicious!
This is not your typical coffee bar. In my opinion, it is so much better. Frogg has been my go-to for a while now. I absolutely love this place. Every time I have visited, the atmosphere and service has been phenomenal. When my family and friends visit, I usually take them there. Their crepes remind me of when my grandmother used to make them, and the pastries are to die for. I tend to travel for work around hurricane season and I cannot wait to get back home to go there. If you want hot chocolate, this is the place to go. I am not sure what they do to it, but once you try the hot chocolate, you will not go anywhere else. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
We ate lunch next door at Grimaldi’s and by some grace of God, their cappuccino machine was broken. We came here to Froggs to get our caffeine fix. Oh my!!!
When you get good service, it's good, but when owning a business like this one, you must be prepared for the number of people you will get. Great environment, and a good spot, but if you are going to open at 8 am, which is pretty late for a shop of this kind, then make sure you have scheduled enough people ON TIME and the food available when opening. The first few times I went to Frogg were great, but it suddenly became weak. I went a few days ago in the morning, and no croissants were available. The cashier asked, and the lady in the Crêpes section looked at her with a sour look while on her phone and said no. This was around 9:30 am. Why don’t you make some croissants instead of being on your phone? I just got a Chai Latte; anyway, why stressed out? I went again today, and no one was there but one lady at the register, taking ten people's orders, looking around wondering where her team was. If with 4-5 people working, they take long enough, imagine one person doing it all. Owner: if you have been successful for a few years and your sales go down on a particular time/day, I guess it's time for you to put on your apron and figure out what is happening. Whatever it is, there's a solution for the problem, and nobody will take care of your business as you would. A lot of people look for great food like the one it's served here. We rather give our money to businesses like this than go to Starbucks for coffee or a sandwich. Not all business are perfect and there are times that it suck, but that is not our problem.
It was a sunny but breezy Sunday afternoon. The outdoor dining shaded by natural foliage was whimsical decorated by spring budding blooms. As sounds of children's laughter and their rambunctious rumblings danced in the background, we enjoyed our lunch in a welcoming peaceful atmosphere. Afterwards, we delightfully embraced the weather 😄 and the park among the children. Our order included flavored coffee and lemonade. It paired well with the fresh fruit and crepes. The delightful meal was a light lunch. Our menu selections fueled our tummies and captivated our taste buds as we prepared to embark on another shopping endeavor. Service was good. I can't remember if we had clean up afterwards or not. Needless to say, we had a great experience. We would glad visit this place again.
The coffee bar is located in an amazing shopping spot, lots of stores nearby to walk around. Coffee, Hot chocolate, strawberry chocolate crepe was all good!!
First time visit! Staff and environment are great! Coffee is okay. I got the Lavender love latte and not too impressed. The breakfast is alright. Haven’t try the crepes, may be next time. The outdoor seating is great and you can definitely ring your pup 😊
My 2 year old and I were eating our crepe outside of the restaurant, and we were only a couple bites in when a wasp flew on it and took it over…🥺 It was chowing down and wouldn’t leave. I showed them a video of it inside and they replaced the crepe for free, and one of the employees even came out and threw the box away with the wasp in it for me! They didn’t have to do that at all, but they were so kind!
As usual, Mrs. Flip Out scouted out a new coffee place. Based on her enthusiasm after visiting, I know if we lived anywhere close by, she’d be a regular at Frogg’s. She said both the breve and the matcha latte were awesome. The staff was terrific, and easy to visit with while she waited. The one thing that truly set Frogg’s apart for Mrs. Flip Out is that this coffee shop used Harney & Sons tea, which I have learned, is really good tea. The menu items looked great and if we’re in the area again, I have a feeling we will be back.
The service was terrible. Cashier was rude. I saw a man have to remind the employees of his order and go pick up his crepes himself. I had to remind them as well. Two coffees after 20 minutes. Hot chocolate tastes like water. Lattes taste like heavy cream. However, JOY the macaron shop nearby is perfect for a treat.
Atmosphere of the coffee is awesome 🤩🤩🤩 I never had been like this type of coffee. I ordered cappucino. It was very delicious 🤤 Area of the coffee was very good too. I highly recommend this place.
Wow beautiful eggs Benedict crepes. Very chill spot to get brunch and a latte.
