I always give my business to small businesses. But i will never come back. We waited at the first window for 10 minutes and no one opened the window. So we drove down to the second window and waited another 7 minutes before a young lady opened the window. She then informed us that they take orders at the first window only (by the way there is no signage indicating that there is a window for orders only) and we would have to drive around get back in line and place our order at the first window. We informed her we had waited there for 10 minutes and no one had come. She said they only take orders at the first window, rather rudely. So we said thank you and left. I don't mind waiting, but I do mind rudeness and poor customer service.

I have yet to have a problem with CT but it is a bummer that they run out of tapioca frequently. Or at least whenever I seem to get some.

The quality at coffee time has significantly improved since it’s opening. I recently went to pick up a americano for myself and a matcha latte for a friend. We were both very happy with our drinks. One of the baristas, Maria, let me know that they pull their espresso shots twice. Definitely a must visit if you’re looking for a coffee break in the mid valley.

The employees need better attitudes and a course in customer service. The girl kept rolling her eyes and making faces.

Nice and quiet spot to sit with friends to talk, do homework, read a book. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Got the Mocha Oreo Frozen Blend and a Banana Muffin, both were good. Definitely would recommend to others or stop by again myself.

Came in and purchased a drip coffee and a mocha. The quality of such products were surprisingly poor. I don't recommend this place if you're a true coffee enthusiast, especially if you don't disguise the taste of coffee with sweetners.

It's good not my #1 but #2. Also the spot is crazy.🤐 . They also have different events for different things which is amazing. I LOVE THEM FOR THAT. 💗Good place for lemonade.................taste like lemonade stir up hurricane.................anyways you really have to stir it . It's also tiny and cute for short people like me . check there insta .pls I also thought the prices were good but my receipt didn't say the same turns out they had changed there prices 😐😐😐. Cool environment 😎 I guess.......my dad would take me here but sadly he isn't here with us may he have a good time. 😌.

The caramel boba I ordered did not taste like caramel at all and when brought to their attention and asked for another shot of caramel they objected but finally gave us a small container with a yellow liquid substance that to be honest looked like spit in a container and didn't smell like caramel at all and they even charged extra for their mistake. I just threw it away since I wasn't sure what it was. I visited from Houston and I don't recommend this place at all. Aside from the two employees that were working at the time were so rude and unprofessional.

This place is at least five years old, and it's a gem in the tiny town of Alamo, Tx. The atmosphere is chill and pleasant, and the customer service is above decent. They are friendly and helpful. It's the perfect place to socialize, study or do some work without having to put some time into making a snack or drink for yourself or friends.
