Service was a little slow in the beginning but was pretty good after receiving our drinks. I ordered the Ruthie Chicken taco and it was a little bland despite all the yummy toppings. The Carne Asada taco was very delicious but I got full quickly so I didn't finish it. Ordered chips and salsa and the chips were very stale also I think they are HEB chips lol. I mean I love me HEB but I wouldn't expect finding store bought chips in a restaurant. Overall I would give this place another try they have a lot of good items on the menu. Oh yea, it would of been nice to have more cutlery to eat with besides a fork. Couldn't cut the burrito in half that my husband ate.

I suggest sitting outside on a beautiful day, our waitress was so kind and professional. Carne Sada Tacos and California burrito was amazing.

Great place to hangout with friends! Relaxed environment with great food. Yummy drinks as well. Food was reasonably priced with special deals on Tuesday’s. Highly recommend for good Mexican in the Abilene area.

Nice place and great food. We were there for the brunch and it was a limited menu, but good food. The morning margarita was a Hit!! No sweet & sour used in them, very refreshing! I'll be ordering again next time! Wait staff were very nice and the place was roomy! Great atmosphere.

Nice restaurant and good food. Service sucked. Took 20 min for waiter to take my order and there was barely any customers there. Also there was about 6 waiters

Wow! Not your typical restaurant/bar. Great ambiance and even better service. Liam and Christian made us feel welcome, at home and a bit spoiled. When you visit, ask Liam for one of his original “Speakeasy” cocktails. Delicious! (Hey, Jay, put it on the spring cocktail menu, already, will ya!!)

McKailey was our server. She was awesome! Food wasn't great. Outta steaks, so I got the guacamole burger. Nearly red on the inside. Fries were also cold and soggy. Atmosphere was nice. Seemed like a great place to take a date for drinks.

We are visiting from Phoenix, AZ. My son highly recommended this place. We enjoyed several drinks and delicious food. Wonderful experience. Too bad we live so far away.

Update: They re-opened with new management (I think?). Food is okay. Service is way better than before. Some of the most attentive staff I've ever dealt with honestly. The switch to physical menus is an excellent call. I still think the bare bones setup on the tables is kind of meh. A fork wrapped in a napkin is it. Maybe some sauces, a candle, and a knife? Overall, way better than before.

We stopped here after the state powerlifting meet because they didn't close until midnight. This was our first time in Abilene and this gem was a great find. Drinks and food were awesome and a great price. Service was also good. And they have THE BEST grits you will ever taste. I'm not even a grit eater but they were sooo good.

Got there right before noon, finally left with food togo at 1:25pm. Our server finally told us 45 min after we put in our order that she was new and forgot to put it in, but only after we asked to just get check for what we paid for. Asked us if we still wanted the food since only had 5 min left, said fine just do it togo. After another 20ish min got food and check to see only 10% taken off just those 2 entrees. Owner never came by to talk to use though we saw him going around to many other tables, manager came by pretty much just said sorry she’s new we will give some discount still waiting on one entree, then walked off. Now my husband has to go back to work(late mind you) without eating. The one thing we did get to eat (egg rolls) was really good, to bad won’t go back

Good experience. Think elevated Tex-Mex. We went in on a Tuesday afternoon. Very good food at a reasonable price. Service was excellent

Very expensive. They didn’t have anything on their menu so they could only serve chips and salsa and their brunch menu. We got two drinks and chips and salsa and it was $50. One of the drinks comes with OJ in it and they charged us an extra $1 for it.

Food is average but the place is very nice and the service is great Don't get the burrito though. It says it's a carne asada burrito but it's almost entirely filled with French fries. Not a fan of a French frie burrito
