Cashier with the dark hair and plaid shirt was so rude. Please improve the customer service experience here.

Great experience but just needs to open a little earlier like 7:30. We have watched several people come up and leave because the store is not open.

I ordered a Breakfast Taco with eggs and cheese and avocado, but it came with sausage, and avocado on the side. It was still good. Tasty. I was meeting with an intern and did not want to interrupt our conversation to take back for re-make. Peach tea was good - but not enough ice. Had to wait to order. Cashier was apparently the one who also prepared the drinks and she was doing them by customer. Nevertheless, the workers were friendly, the food and drinks were good, and it is a good place to meet, work, or talk.

Thought I'd try this place on a whim. Glad I did, I really enjoyed the Strawberry Salad I got!! I will definitely come back to try some other menu items. I ordered for pickup and my food was ready for me when I arrived😁

I was an employee here for almost a year and a half. I loved being a barista and being able to happily serve my customers. I had a wonderful time learning from my different managers and coworkers. When I began working for this company, I felt appreciated and valued. Unfortunately, the last few months of working here led me to quit. The store owner, Daron Park, has made me, and many of my coworkers, uncomfortable and stressed due to the way he manages this location. He has lied many times to his employees, and has also claimed money is more important than giving our customers the best experience. Mr. Park lied about our hourly pay and did not pay everyone $11 an hour like he had promised he would in August of 2022. He instead paid everyone different rates based on his “opinion” and said that every 4 months according to performance reviews, people could get a 0.25-0.50 cent promotion. Several of my friends who were newly hired were told they would be paid much higher in the interview than they actually ended up making. Tips were handled in a sketchy way, and myself and about 3-4 other employees went weeks to sometimes months without receiving proper pay stubs. On top of all this, Mr. Park recently claimed that several of his employees quit without notice, when most, like me, gave proper notice and he chose not to respond to us. Before the most recent manager, Rowen, a college student named Mya was the manager and she explained to me how managing the store was extremely difficult since Daron did not give her much support or training despite her being newly hired. When Mya finally left Just Love because of this poor environment, Daron came to me and blamed every bad thing that had occurred recently for business on Mya and explained that he was embarrassed by it. I have been frustrated with how everything has been handled lately, and I’m especially saddened that this has affected our customers. I used to love the work environment at Just Love, but unfortunately it’s no

I was employed here. I will always love JL’s coffee, but I did not have a good experience working here. Just Love has their corporate of course, but then they have individual owners for each location. I had a very poor experience working for Darren Park, owner of Nolensville location. To start off, I was lied to in my interview about how much I would make. I was promised $16/hr, come to find out I was barely making $13. Which leads me to my next problem, I wasn’t able to view my paystubs and struggled to get ahold of them for months. Darren told me I needed to call the company, when I contacted them, they told me he needed to send me a password reset. He never did, but finally I was able to get in after trying for a while on my own. Lastly, after several of us discovered the exact same problems, he explained the tip money was being split in a way that in my 5 years of restaurant experience, I have never heard of. Being a senior in college, needing to make more cash, and needing a healthier work environment, I decided my best option was to get out as soon as I could, and I did. I worked a 2-week notice and respectfully left in January. The team was great and the manager at the time, Mya, took care of us the best she could. It’s truly a shame the owner did not do the same thing, costing him not just me but 3-4 other girls who also left. Quite a shady way to run a business.

Absolutely fantastic! Great service and food! A little pricey but definitely worth the extra dollars for a unique meal. The latte was amazing also.

Cute coffee shop! Nice big windows with natural light. Lots of tables and seating. Light, airy, open vibe. They even have a few cozy chairs for getting work done 🙌🏽 and they have a few outdoor tables as well.
