Love this place
I just love walking in there great atmosphere the people are very friendly and sweet and the service is excellent all and all I love that it's a healthy Restaurant

Great service and amazing food and drink! Level 3 pineapple Pina colada is WHERE IT'S AT! The girls there are the best and super helpful when trying to decide what to get. Will definitely be back some day!

The sweetest girls work here and their teas and soups are so good! I live in Nashville and make it a point to come here at least two or three times a week.

The best loaded teas ever. The kindest environment you'd ever want to be in. They have specialty teas and meal replacement shakes as well!
Twice I have had a Chef's Salad. Both times I was completely satisfied. ALL the lettuce was fresh with no brown ends, etc that you always get with premade or bag salads in the grocery store. A super nice variety of toppings, also very fresh and appetizing. I thought with the first salad, I just got lucky.... but the 2nd salad was also excellent. My daughter-in-law ordered the potato soup and Mexican cornbread. She said it was great. I know it smelled fabulous and ...... she never offered me even one bite.
Really good shakes, will keep going back just to try something new!😊
