Going along with the politics of a unionized workplace while not obeying the workers' request for better wages is very poor. What exactly does this business stand for?
Pay your workers a livable wage! Nashville is way too expensive and the owners make way too much to justify the current wage for their workers, who are the best part of Three Brothers Coffee! $16/hr, plus tips, and regular meetings that DON’T get canceled! Get it together!
There are many places to get coffee in Nashville and this is one of the best places to get it because of the people working there. The coffee is always on point.
I really enjoy the community that I get from the crew here at 3 Bros. They’re always so fun and friendly, they are the main reason I love stopping in here on my breaks more than any other coffee shop in the neighborhood. I love that they’re slowing down right now to push for getting their needs met. They deserve a work environment where they aren’t demanded constant productivity without adequate compensation. Also taking the space to enjoy your work and have fun with it is so important. ✨
Enjoyed my coffee here, however upon hearing that the owners won't negotiate for fair working conditions with their workers' union (which I would think constitutes a labor violation) I was very disappointed. Your workers deserve to be paid above minimum wage, at LEAST $16 per hour (and even that is low) and provide them with reasonable meeting intervals. I will be happy to update my review once these changes occur.
The workers here are wonderful and deserve to be treated better than they are. Whoever owns this shop- how do you expect to keep your coffee shop open if you don't treat your employees with respect? Nashville is an expensive place to live. Raise your wages.
Great service and cool staff. But really wish they were paid better and that their union contract negotiations could be finalized. Seriously, treat your workers well!
The workers deserve better working conditions! Ownership needs to listen to their employees! Stop slowing them down by cancelling meetings. Your workers deserve $16/hr plus tips and reasonable meeting intervals.
I'm a huge fan of Three Brothers - the staff is amazing and does a great job building community in the neighborhood. I live in the area and might spend more time here than my home on the weekends. For who they are and what they do, please give them their requested wage. The workers deserve better working conditions!!! Ownership needs to listen to their workers' demands. Stop slowing them down by canceling meetings and refusing to counter-offer their proposals. They demand you meet $16/hr + guaranteed tens and commit to meeting with appropriate intervals of 1-2 weeks. Nashville is a growing city with growing demands and the workers need to be compensated in keeping up with these demands. I stand in solidarity with the workers at Three Brothers.

Your workers deserve $16/hr plus tips and reasonable meeting intervals. I've been coming here for years. Of the hundreds of coffee shops I've been to, 3Brothers stands out above them all. In solidarity with the workers - Three Brothers valued customer ❤️
Three Brothers was a go-to spot weekly for us when living in the West End neighborhood. Great coffee, snacks, and vibes. Now that we have moved away, we still like to come back every time we are back in Nashville. We support the baristas and staff at Three Brothers in advocating for themselves for better working conditions and pay to keep this place what it is!
Came in abt a year ago in the beginning of the support for y’all’s workers. They treated me so well, and made me feel at home the week I was in nashville. The fact that they are still fighting for livable wages while providing amazing service to anyone and everyone who walks in there is beyond. These people deserve $16/hr plus tips, bare minimum. Stop wasting time on negotiations.
I’ve had great experiences at Three Brothers! But it is not great how management will not support the $16/hr wage + tips their workers are asking for. Management, please support your workers and give them the raise they deserve!
This coffee shop is strangely and awkwardly forcing their customers to write a review prior to fulfilling their coffee order. If they do not write a review, they make their customer wait 15+ minutes to receive their order. This is why there are so many recent reviews. They will tell you this strategy after you pay for your order. Unless you have time for this BS, go somewhere else.
What makes this place awesome is the amazing people that do the work to give us the best coffee in town. Pay them what they are requesting! They deserve $16/hr and much more!
The workers at 3 bros are incredible. I’ve been coming here for a long time solely because of the kind of service and care that they provide. THEY DESERVE A LIVING WAGE. $16/ hour is the bare minimum that the owners and management of this coffee shop can do. The BARE MINIMUM. Disappointed to hear that management has been purposely slowing down negotiations, stalling and dismissing the needs of the workers. Committing to consistent meetings with the union reps every 1-2 weeks is also the bare minimum you should be doing to address the workers needs in a manner that actually yields to real progress. Treat your workers better. We’re loyal customers for THEM, not for the ownership or management.
The workers and coffee have always been very great. However I do hope management pays them at a fairer wage and treats them more fairly with their working conditions.
Great environment and unique coffee. Please support the workers in their fight for $16hr. wage plus tips!
The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary, yet they aren’t being offered fair compensation for their exhaustive service. Ownership should know that this establishment wouldn’t survive without their workers. I’m hoping to see a change in how they respond to this request for livable wages, as workers with this skill set have the ability to adapt and stay afloat, whereas a business with no employees cannot.
