Good coffee with quiet industrial vibe. Ordered an Americano, it was very good but tasted like a medium blend, not as deep as I normally get. Knocked them a star because they had no pastries, which were on the menu and a reason I went. Went on a Sunday morning, maybe they have them during the week. Oatmilk latte served in a glass, not mug. Tasty but got cold very quickly.

Waited about 40 min for a simple breakfast burrito, on a not very busy sunday. Some prob with a 'printer', but then another 20 min after discovering and presumably fixing problem. Regret our visit

If this was not a small business, I’d be leaving a one star review because the level of service I experienced at this place today when I visited (for the first time!) was appalling. The young man working alone today was so rude and disinterested. He answered simple questions as if he was being put out by the very air I breathed. He flung a drip coffee toward me in such a huff that I wanted to take the $2 I put in his little tip jar right back out. This guy needs to grow up and get over himself. I left feeling not only unwelcome, but like literally *bad*. I hope the business sees and reads this review. Like I said, I’m only removing one star here because I know how important reviews are to small businesses like this one. But if this were any other establishment, it would be one star for me.

tl/dr: tasty food and good atmosphere but a few service problems kept it from being great. Food: really, really tasty breakfast food. I had the breakfast plate and everything was really well seasoned (maybe a bit heavy on black pepper for some). Price was reasonable for the amount and quality of food. 5/5 Drinks: I'm not a coffee drinker but it all does look good. My tea was very flavorful. On the pricier side but fair for the quality. Not Rating. Location & atmosphere: cute space with a good amount of outdoor seating. Pretty standard upscale coffee shop décor and vibe. They could use more wayfinding signage. One big annoyance was how smoky it was inside from the kitchen. Definitely lowered the vibe. 4/5 Service: friendly staff with quick service but there were some issues. My table was dirty when I sat down and the adjacent table had dirty dishes on it for nearly an hour before getting bussed. The tables didn't get wiped down between customers either. They were steady but not so busy they couldn't get to the tables in that timeframe. They didn't allow me to substitute tea for the coffee in the breakfast special which was a bummer. 3.5/5 Neighborhood: quieter part of the city within a short trip from downtown and the popping East Nashville. Nice area to visit as a tourist, but depending on your reason for visiting it may be a bit out of the way.

Probably the worst iced coffee I've ever had. Super watered down. Also got an Atlas for a friend, she was also not a fan of that. Blueberry muffins were okay at best, and that was the only pastry available today at like 9am.

I think this place has the best combo of both good coffee and food in the area. Not to mention I feel like the staff is very friendly in comparison to some of the other coffee places I’ve visited in the area. My one issue is that there is a limit on the amount of people who can be on the wifi at a time. So if you want to come in and work it may be a luck game.

I liked the vibe of the place and the service was great. Food and coffee were decent, not many options though. Good place overall. Their wifi wasn’t great

I’m a regular and live in the neighborhood and was excited to bring my friend here. The service the past few visits hasn’t been great but I was willing to give it one more chance. Once again I was disappointed and won’t be back. I ended up feeling embarrassed that this was where I chose to bring my friend. If you want cold food and rude service, this is the place for you. I got the last clean mug so my friend was given a paper cup for her coffee (we saw a stack in a dish bin waiting to be washed.) We ordered food and waited 30-40min. They forgot us. When I investigated, our food had been sitting in to-go boxes. I asked for plates (This has been an issue with multiple past visits - food sits in the window, we have to go find it ourselves, or they run out of dishes and bring our food in little paper boxes.) I could understand if they were slammed and understaffed. Coming out of the pandemic that’s what I kept telling myself. But now, the past few visits, they aren’t super busy and employees act like I’m a bother being there. It’s actually confusing why they are so rude. When we received our (very cold) food, I asked if there was a mug for my friend to drink her coffee in. The gal with the short dark hair was extremely rude and looked at me like I was asking her for her kidney. She snapped back and said she was going to wash some. My friend was humiliated and said “don’t worry about it.” Don’t waste your time here. Barista Parlor and Red Bicycle are great neighborhood spots.

Really good little coffee shop in our neighborhood with a good choice of breakfast and pastry options and hot and cold beverages. We are regulars, and we always appreciate the friendly and considerate service. Also, always a good variety of music playing of all genres which is something I really enjoy.

EXCELLENT food and coffee. The workers are very nice as well. ~$20 for a coffee and breakfast depending on what you order so not the cheapest but definitely worth it.

My go to coffee shop in the city, great espresso drinks done well. Try the coffee soda if it sounds up your alley!

Coffee and food was delicious. However, we waited an hour to get our food. It was extremely slow, and we saw our food waiting on the counter but no worker would bring it over. I’d recommend going for coffee, unless you have an extra hour to spare.

My black coffee was bitter and not very good. Four stars because my girlfriend liked her coffee.

Excellent in the sense that it differentiates itself from other coffeshops by having a beautiful outdoor area.

The coffee and food was good and the service was friendly, but some of our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and the egg they forgot on the Avocado Tartine meant another surprisingly long wait.

Today my friends and I were coffee shop hopping and we were all splitting drinks. Nadia helped us and made us an espresso tonic and went above and beyond by putting it into separate cups for us. None of the other coffee shops did this for us and it was so awesome that she was kind enough to do this. The espresso tonic was the best I’ve ever had. Will come back!!! Thanks Nadia!!
