Quick place for latte, but slow service and a bit disorganized
Coffee and food were good very few seats
Great spot in The Gulch. We were so happy it was nice enough to sit outside. My iced tea was delicious. Great spot!
Great snacks and drinks staff was nice
This was a classy little coffee shop attached to a very ritzy hotel. I got a Flat White and it just tasted like a coffee with cream. Not amazing but still coffee. Probably wouldn't go back because it is out of my league.
Killebrew Coffeeshop - Great Coffee and Outstanding Service! During a recent business trip, I visited Killebrew Coffeeshop in search of a good morning coffee. Despite the long line, the service was quick and efficient. I also had the pleasure of trying their outstanding ginger molasses cookie, which was a real treat. The latte I ordered was very well-made and hit the spot. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was able to handle a group of unruly party guests while still providing great service to the rest of us. The customer service at Killebrew is truly top-notch. I would highly recommend Killebrew Coffeeshop to anyone in the area looking for a great cup of coffee and exceptional customer service.
Always try new coffee places when I’m on vacation and this is the only coffee that I loved so far in Nashville. It even has glittery design. So unique!!
cute coffee shop attached to hotel. I recommend the Gulchie (caramel vanilla latte) Iced. Not overbearingly sweet.
Espresso was way too bitter.
Good coffee for a hotel, but with Barista Parlor blocks away in two directions, hard to recommend this over them. Espresso is a bit watery and not acidic enough for my liking. Located inside the Thompson. Must enter through the hotel for some reason.
Ok latte and tea for the price. Customer was asking a legit question about if the coffee that was ready for him to pick up was his. Little boy making his coffee was being completely rude and arrogant to the customer, and if he actually listened to the customer, he would have found out sooner that he made the coffee wrong. If you don't like your job and aren't politely sociable, then don't work in a customer facing job.
Stopped by on day 3 of our CO to NC road trip. Good coffee, great people, and LOVE the ambiance.
First, enter this location through the hotel entrance to the left (see pictures attached). K I gave them a 3* for great customer service, clean location, friendly staff, and speedy service as well. I got an iced vanilla caramel brew with milk and it was ok. Worth trying over the Starbucks down the road for sure.
Great strong and lovely staff
Cold brew with vanilla syrup and soy milk. Basic small coffee shop selection with good quality coffee. The vanilla syrup added a nice sweetness but if you like very sweet coffee I would recommend adding another pump.
Good: cute, friendly, fast Bad: ice latte only tasted like milk not coffee, limited seating, pricey pastries
Good joe
Update: Unfortunately I have to change my review because I’ve now gone back several tunes, and on a couple of those visits my latte was not good at all: way too hot (making the flavor taste burnt) and under aerated. I guess the quality depends on which barista makes your drink. Best third wave latte I’ve found In Nashville so far. Excellent flavor and nice milk texture. Yesterday my latte was the perfect temperature; today it was a tad too hot but not enough to harm the flavor. Wish they had ceramic mugs instead of just paper cups, but that’s a concession I’m willing to make. Oh, and if you love butter, their biscuits are to die for.
Cinnamon rolls are $8, come out burned but not very warm, with icing you have to apply yourself that was cold, so you couldn't really spread it on easily. They're very large though. Quiche is $10 and is decent but more like a souffle than a quiche. No vegetables or meat, just egg. When I ordered coffee she asked if I needed "room for cream", I said yes. Instead of leaving room they went ahead and added cream. I am lactose intolerant and usually add non dairy milk to my coffee, but I didn't say anything at that point because we had been waiting awhile. Overall the food was a bit disappointing as well as the confusion about the coffee, all staff were kind though. I won't be coming back.
I’m really not a fan of iced coffee, but this place DEF changed my mind. I got an iced gulchie and it was sooo good and came with edible glitter! The drink was amazing and the location + decorating is so nice. Definitely recommend this place to any nashville locals or visitors who are looking for a new coffee place to try out!
