Latte with oat milk was mediocre but it was over $7. Bacon egg and cheese was delicious but also over $7. Their machine basically forces you to tip and the lowest option for suggested tip is 15%, so my coffee and food were almost $17 total. But, it was not terrible for airport pricing.
Ordered 2 cortado’s and received regular coffee with some cream in a size way too large for a cortado. Added 2 plain croissants that were very dry. A terrible experience early morning. For me never ever again.
Not the same quality of espresso drinks or service as 8th & Roast in town. I’d suggest sticking with drip coffee at this location (D Gate).
1/27 0445 Terminal C Location. Line went quick. Coffee is good. At $5.5, it’s one of the cheaper breakfast sandwiches options in the airport that I could see!
Employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally was stuffing his face with food while taking orders. I waited for him to finish chewing before making my order. Then I watch him put more food in his mouth, chew and swallow before replying to my question. I made my order, paid, and went to wait. Several minutes go by and I noticed that everyone who had ordered after me had already received their orders. 3 of which had the same order as me, only smaller sizes. It was like he decided to make all the coffee orders for those of his skin color, and then finally make mine last. I will avoid this place next time I travel through Nashville. I advise that if you want fair and equal treatment that you avoid this vendor as well.
This is a rating/review for the store in terminal D. The coffee was actually pretty decent and service was decently fast. It did, however, take the cashier a few tries to get our order right.
Awful place don’t waste your money and rude staff to boot
Good service, awesome coffee & breakfast sandwiches.
This place is NOT good. Their chai latte tasted like straight up cinnamon gum. They didn't want to heat up a pastry even though they have the means. And they were just overall a little rude. I tipped them well too... But I definitely wouldn't recommend this place unless you're getting a beverage they don't make themselves, like a bottle of juice, water, or soda.
