great place with amazing options for both drinks and ice cream! i’ve never had rolled ice cream before, i will definitely be coming here again!! best i’ve cream i’ve had in a long time. great sitting area and very welcoming. awesome customer service as well!
Very good ice cream.
Service was pretty bad… The teenager was rude and more interested in watching SpongeBob than getting the orders done in a timely manner
I was in earlier today and ordered a peach mango jam slushy. The flavor was great pieces of real fruit. Very yummy. The rolled ice is very good also, I love the chocolate cherry with caramel drizzle. Young adults were working, it was busy, but very kind and helpful. Very pleasant employees today.
For starters, the plate that they made the rolled ice cream on did not seem clean whatsoever. When they made my ice cream there was leftover ice cream that got into mine. Then, they got the order wrong and talked about it to each other, yet said nothing to us or apologized. Then on the other rolled ice cream we ordered, the ice cream was gooey and sticky. All of the other rolled ice cream I have had from other places in the past were phenomenal but here they didn’t meet any of my expectations.
Love this place,friendly people, great service and love the ice cream! Really like that it's local so we don't have to go far to get it.
I can’t get enough of Sub Zero rolled ice cream! So creamy, fresh and delicious. The options are endless because it’s all customizable. One of our regular places to get an awesome treat!

Good ice cream however...unsanitary and rude teenagers for employers. I did see one adult to whom I reported the boy making the ice cream. He placed his foot on the counter to tie his shoe then proceeded to make an ice cream in the same area. No clean up, no nothing. Did not wash his hands. I had already gotten mine by this time. Just things you see while eating in. Makes me wonder what happened before I got mine.

Keeping the bubble tea simple...for better or for worse. This is really more of an ice cream place than a bubble tea shop. Granted, they do have bubbles, but its hit or miss if they are prepared properly. Kind of confused how one can order a "Tarot" or a "milk tea", but not both? I feel if I tried saying something like "Tarot Milk Tea" or "Tarot Latte" or something to convey the idea, I would get refusals and stares. "When in Rome"...?

Very nice place , we come here every time we go to the mall, rolled ice cream is so tasty! Nothing compared to other rolled ice cream places we been to. My wife has literally tried every bubble tea there and she loves it . One of our favorite go to places .
Worst "bubble tea" I've ever had. They should definitely stick to ice cream and stay away from the bubble tea when they don't even know how to make it properly. I'm not even sure if they put tea and anyone who loves milk tea knows that you pick your sugar level. They acted confused when I asked for 50% sugar. I would stay away honestly as the price is insanely high and the drink was the most terrible excuse of milk tea I have ever had.
Not sure why this place is even opened up. Bubble tea taste sooooo bad. The guys making ice cream dosent even wear a mask while laughing and cutting up behind the counter while making ice cream. And I don't mean wearing a mask because of covid I mean wear a mask out of breathing and dripping drool all over the ice cream. Not hygienic at all. If I could give it zero stars I would. And I'm telling everyone I know to not even attempt to try this place. So horrible.
It's nice to see new businesses come to our mall. HOWEVER.. They have some of the rudest teenagers working for them, if you want to call it working. They're too busy talking about everyone to do their job. Cool concept, get better employees.
