Wonderful customer service, such a joy. Great atmosphere and great coffee. Glad we have one in the area like this!
Ordered an americano. (PLAIN COFFEE) seemed very expensive for a weak brew. No smiles were given back, even though I was smiling and just trying to be courteous by supporting a local owned shop. seemed more interested in what was on the screen on their cell phone.
The people here are always welcoming when I visit, and they have the best coffees, teas, lemonades and they have good sweets too.
Ridge and Valley Coffeehouse is fantastic! Great atmosphere and great people. I love their coffee and their variety of flavors. I had a great time visiting on their one year anniversary where they had games, free treats, and a giveaway contest. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

I don't like giving bad reviews especially for small buisnesses. However, there is always a first. Very disappointed... my bf and I are not from around here, however we always try local coffee spots since I am in the business as well. I do not recommend this place. If we didn't drive 45 minutes I would've walked right back out... I think the owner was sitting at a table no greeting, 3 employes no greeting, my bf tried all their Coffees sitting there while no one said a word. 2 other customers came in.... imagine this no greeting. The other 2 order we then ordered amd we about to leave when a gentleman walked in and they FINALLY greeted him.. I'm thinking he was a local, because even the older gentleman acknowledged him. Do better people. This is your 1 year anniversary and I'm guessing that it's because there are few coffee shops around.
Fantastic experience at Ridge + Valley! Emily (the owner) is so kind and knowledgeable! She was patient and explained every option they offer, as well as where they purchase their coffee beans! Such a great experience! Will definitely be back!

this place is great!! very cozy atmosphere if you’d like to stay after getting your coffee. so many options on the menu! the specials are always my favorite thing to get. very sweet staff! they do free samples and a punchcard that gives you a free coffee after ten! my only problem is sometimes it’s a little too strong of coffee but that’s just a preference.
Good service, good coffee and pastries, good prices. Really an asset to the area!
Their in house coffee is fantastic, as is their iced coffee!! Yum! We also bought some ground coffee that day, and it was so good to make at home! Love having this cozy spot in my hometown! Great customer service, great coffee, great people!
I LOVE this coffee shop! It has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was encouraged to try something new, and I discovered my new favorite... a DELICIOUS London Fog!! We drive from Knoxville just to get coffee and yummy treats from here.
I’m sorry to put such a bad review but my first time here was not great. It was very unprofessional and the quality of the drink was terrible. The young girl at the counter had no people skills and no professional work ethic. I mean, I don’t expect anyone to be overly nice or overly ‘professional’ or anything. But that was just…not a pleasant experience. It just felt so lazy and the second I come through the door, it immediately felt like I was already such a bother to be there. And I don’t understand why the Frappuccino was not blended? It was all pure liquid with a few chunky ice chips on top of the drink? That’s really weird to me when Frappuccino’s are supposed to be well blended? 😩 I don’t think I’ll try it again…but I do hope the frappes improve for future customers. :(
Great shoppe. Owner very friendly and staff polite and courteous. I will have to try pastries next trip. Iced chai latte is good stuff!
