I had to deal with heather D. She had an attitude from the beginning. It’s pretty sad. I love Vienna and most of their staff.

Waited about 25 mins after paying for a frappe. Wife and I had about 45 mins to get coffee together, waited 10 mins in line, they apparently forgot my order and killed any free time we had. Don’t go unless you have TIME to spare

Visiting from out of town, I make the effort to try local coffee places. MY GOODNESS. The latte I had here was absolutely delightful. Such yummy and complex espresso! Havent had such a good cup in such a long time. Coming back for another cup or two before I head home!

Drove up from Knoxville after seeing a post from a friend about this coffee shop. Love the history behind it. This roastery and coffee shop are housed in a beautiful, spacious building with a meeting space and lots of seating throughout. I will say a Saturday morning is very busy as there was quite a line the whole time we were there. Not sure if some of the things we noticed were just to make things move quicker during the busy times or if they're regular practice. Approaching the bar we see a nice sized espresso machine with possibly 4 group-heads. However, shots were being pulled from an automatic system on the back counter. They did use the espresso machine to steam milk themselves. This goes to my wondering if they just use the auto-shot system during busy times and the actually espresso machine during non-busy times, or if it's there just for looks and steaming milk, which seems like such a waste of this size espresso machine. One thing I did note, though, is that they still should be doing quality checks on what their automatic machine is pulling. I'm sure with an automatic machine their thought is that it does everything for you, set it and forget it. I would think that the system would be adjustable to make sure the perfect shot is being pulled. The shots were slightly bitter, though. The cinnamon roll was unremarkable. Being told there was a microwave to heat it up would have been helpful. The up side, though, was their burrito wrap was pretty good. We didn't want to wait in the line to place an order to try the coffee, and then have to wait in the line again if we wanted to buy a bag after trying it. So, we went ahead and grabbed a couple of bags. If we hadn't have done it this way we probably wouldn't have bought bags separately. Hoping the drip at home and manually pulled espresso shots will make a difference, though. All in all, not worth the 30 minute drive out.

My favorite cold brew in town. They have a phenomenal bacon quiche as well as other great food options.

Vienna is my go-to coffee stop! We get everything from speciality drinks to coffee beans to grind at home. Their breakfast sandwich and blueberry muffins are top-notch. There is plenty of seating and great outdoor seating when the weather is nice. I am able to take work calls, video meetings, etc. from Vienna. The service is always great as all their employees are so kind. Everyone should try out Vienna.

I absolutely love Vienna. The staff are so friendly & the coffee delicious. However, I wish they hadn’t changed from their punch cards to the online rewards (I mean, I get being eco) because unless I’m doing the math wrong, it seems I have to spend way more overall to get a $10 reward. Guys, your all’s large flavored iced lattes are like $6.53. Is getting 10 of those not enough of a profit for one free drink? Just feel like the customers are getting a little jipped there.

I have always loved this place and still do, but their baked goods have really gone downhill. I wish they were homemade or from a local bakery. I’m pretty sure they are the same ones that Starbucks uses.

The music selection here is usually quite poor. It’s a random selection of songs that aren’t very coffee house vibes. Today a song was playing to the tune of “The wheels on the bus go round and round.”
