Awful, the credit card machine wasn’t working, they didn’t have any waffle mix… only one cook so everything took forever… just avoid this place at all cost
40 minutes to get food when they were not busy.
It's not bad when you go there to eat. The service is always nice, when they're actually staffed. It's when you want to call for take out thats my real problem. They NEVER answer the phone. Just in the last 2 days I've tried calling 4 times to make an order and never got an answer. In the 3 years I've lived here and tried ordering to go they have only answered the phone ONCE. They put me on hold for 5 minutes, and then when I finally have them my order they hung up without asking for my name to go with the order, without telling me how much it would be, or even how long it would take. Which is why I'm always hesitant to use their website to order a to go instead. If they can't answer their phones, what makes me think they'll look at their online orders? I've never done DoorDash for them, but I can't imagine it being any better for them to get the orders put in either. Will say though, there was a time I went there to sit-down and eat, and the cook along with one of the servers walked out, leaving just 1 server and a manager to cook and serve everyone until a district manager showed up. I don't think I've ever eaten there without them being short staffed. Food is good though.
Door was locked. Not sure what the hours of operation are.
Worst dine in experience we have ever had. I had a hamburger and fries. Came to the table warm not hot. Shrimp and chicken basket was not tossed in Buffalo sauce but brought to the table in a pool of sauce. Could not be consumed. I really don't know how this place is open. Terrible and will never go back!

i absolutely love this place. i see bad reviews all the time and i really don’t understand why.! i’ve never had a bad experience here. it is sometimes a little messy but usually gets cleaned up fairly quickly.! i definitely recommend this place.!
Waitress was fantastic, service was as expected food came quickly and was very good. Would go back for sure.
Biscuits and gravy was cold bacon was very chewy food just was not good for $30 I give the food a -2
Well I have to work for a living and went for breakfast Not open until 8am!!! Hell it's almost lunch by then!! Not to mention I'm friggin working!! Get real people!!
Was there on the first of March, they were extremely busy, not a seat open, with one serve, named Tammy, she did a awesome job, she kept all her tables served, plus checked people out, don't know how she did it, they'd be wise to keep her, but they do need another server, not really right to put that on one person, even if they can rock it, awesome job Tammy, one of the best servers I've ever had, Huddle House needs more like her
It was alright food, but I basically had to trip the waitress to get my coffee refilled even once, and there was the music playing over the speakers, combined with the very loud music played in the kitchen the entire time. I'll likely not be back.
Went in today for breakfast and you can tell someone has put their foot down the place was clean all the way around bathrooms were clean. Our service was wonderful and the food was GREAT! We will be back! Everyone was so friendly. The food was fresh and cooked perfect. Way to go guys! Also they pay attention to their customers, and elderly man(on cane) pulled up and before he could even get out his truck one of the young ladies was headed to the door to hold it open for him
Sat down at 11:14, got served at 12 noon.
Breakfast came out to table food was cold butter wouldn't melt on waffle so won't be back gravy and biscuits were cold as well don't recommend
Deeanna is the best waitress we’ve had in a LONG time!! Our experience was sooo much better than any previous experience at the Martin location. Good job!

Horrible Horrible place to eat. Never have your order right. All the people that work there don't look clean even the manager. Over crowed. Can't call in for an order because they just the never answer the phone. Most of the employees outside smoking. Not clean. Will never eat there again. I would hate if a food inspector came in there. They would shut them down.
Waitress was busy sitting with custominstead of taking orders or buzzing tables only 3 people eating in the restaurant besides myself and 8 tables still had dishes on them from earlier people that aint there, upon getting food it was cold although it was supposed to be cooked right down in there, and there was hairs in it . 1st time experience at huddle house and the last experience
All Huddle Houses and Waffle Houses are pretty much the same, they need more waitresses. One person runs around like crazy which leaves the customer with a poor experience. Huddle House, do better!
