It's convenient, the food is good, and if you're a student, you can pay with dining dollars, 5/5
Terrible service, couldn't find a person to make my iced latte for more than 10 minutes. Asked for light ice and got more than half of the cup of ice.
Friendly service. The bagels can get messy so grab some extra napkins but they're very good.

Looked up the location on Google Maps. Info states open and will close at 10pm today . It's 1pm now ...plenty of time for us to venture out. Only to find that the place was closed due to covid and has been closed since the beginning of the year !! Google Maps needs to update their site !

I always get excellent service from the ladies that work at the ETSU library location. They care so much for their customers and give everyone the courtesy and true customer service they deserve.
Janice and Walana (spelled that one wrong sorry) they brighten my day every visit. They usually know my name and my order lol. All the ladies are on the ball here. Service is really great. Coffee is perfect. I've only tried the Asiago w cream cheese and it's my fav. Obviously. Lol.
Staff are friendly and service is quick. Great for a snack between classes or while studying.
