Yummy and unique lattes!
Really good coffee. IVL was exactly to my standards.
I was in today for yet another lavender lemonade 💜💛 I am obsessed!! The sweet girl who helped me today, sorry I can't remember her name, wrote something on my cup but by the time I noticed I had smeared it 😥 I wish I knew what it had said. (I was the one who you put in the order for lavender syrup for.) I think this was my 4th or 5th time and all the employees are so friendly and helpful. It has a chill vibe.
Excellent drinks, friendly service, beautiful atmosphere. Loved my experience at Blues! I had a Blues Brew latte (with blueberry and white mocha syrup - delightfully balanced flavor and just right sweetness), my partner had a black tonic which neither of the baristas had ever made before but found a way to make it work and make it great!
Great place to relax
The Blue’s Brew is my favorite coffee drink in town! (I like to order it half-sweet, FWIW) Great staff and a chill place to hang out.
Blue’s is such a unique addition to downtown JC. Their drinks are always fantastic and the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I always enjoy their fun seasonal menus. If you ever have a little bit of time, Blue’s Is definitely worth it. I haven’t tried their mimosas, but I’ve only heard great things. This coffee shop is awesome!
Customer service was amazing! The girl taking orders was really friendly and informative when we asked any questions. The coffee is good too. Really pretty place with great seating and lots of photo ops too! AND they have lots of gluten free/ vegan options!! I got the blueberry cardamum muffin which was good.
One of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. The barista Kailey was one of the nicest people I think I have ever met. Will for sure be coming back because my experience was phenomenal. Thank you all!
We’ve been here twice. The first time we got warmish drinks. The second time, the drinks were barely warm. About as warm as a baby’s bottle of milk. We did ask for them to be made hotter and the barista said they cannot due to the safety of their employees. We love supporting local, but we want hot drinks.
My mom, sister, and I tried the specialty February drink with strawberry , mocha, and beet root, and it most certainly did not disappoint! We all loved them and enjoyed the flavors that were mixed together. We also got board butters and those were phenomenal! Such a clever idea, and great to share with girlfriends or a significant other for a little pick me up! We absolutely loved everything and will be back!
Best coffee spot I have been in a while! Super tasty coffee, great crew, and tasty treats! PLUS dog friendly!!! Grayson was super kind & brought Zephyr and Bacchus pup cups as we were walking outside. We will definitely be back!!!!
Love the coffee and the location. And the beer is and Momose are great. Lots of options. A little slow when only one person works so be prepared.
Love this little spot! Great local brew, excellent service, fun atmosphere! I haven't tried the food yet, but plan on trying their charcuterie board the next time I'm there.

Very nice for late night coffee
At first I was rather wise of the suggestion to visit Blue's Brews Co. However, despite my skepticism of the plaza which it rests upon, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique atmosphere of Blue's Brews, It is a pleasant mix of coffee house greenery, ornaments, and smell of roasted coffee grounds, and a calmer version of a sports bar with a mix of local beers and wines to choose from, a reasonably large tv playing a basketball game, and the sound of old rock serenading my ears. The cup of black coffee I was served was honestly one of the best I've had in Johnson city, with a smooth and bitter taste with a note of sweetness I've come to know and love. Not even mentioning the lovely and enthusiastic staff. I have high standards for my black coffee, and I cannot wait for my next visit to Blue's Brews Co.

Quiet, solid product, but always seems like service is slower than I would generally expect from a coffee shop. Great beer menu.
Walked in here for the first time today and it's a very pretty interior. I visited after the sun set, so it's cozy with the string lights and plants. I ordered a latte with soymilk and it's good. I have my other favorite local spots for coffee, but I'd come here again for a late-in-the-day coffee and place to sit and read (if you want a place that's not Starbucks).
