I waited in the drive-thru for more than 5 minutes without being spoken to. I requested a sugar free drink for my diabetic dad, and upon arriving home with the drinks and him trying it we learned that it was not sugar free, as he’s had it many times. We compared it with the non-sugar free version we got and they were exactly the same. The drink was however labeled sugar free. This is dangerous for someone who is a diabetic. I frequently visit here, but will not continue to be a returning customer if this is how it’s run because I can’t risk that for him.

First time here. Lots of options. Friendly cashier. Food was ok. Enjoyed the benigets. My very omelette was filling. Coffee was good. Very cute, comfortable restaurant. I'd recommend and eat here again. Kitchen staff was a little short so food service was sloooooow. However, not a deterrent. Everything else on par.
Came to Jackson on a business trip i stopped here they had a huge menu a lot of options I tried the build your own burger which was delicious this place is a must try

My wife and I love sipping on coffee for brunch and Green Frog happens to have the best iced caramel macchiatos. They also have a large menu of other food and snack options if you’re hungry.
Have eaten here a number of times in the past few months. Can't say enough about the staff, atmosphere and great food. So many great items on the menu. It's sometimes hard to choose. Highly recommended.
Was not greeted when entering they were so busy focusing on getting orders right. That's OK it was a reasonable wait time. They were cool, respectful and got the orders correctly. And even ignored my dad when he tried to embrace me. Really chill environment. Couch, fireplace kinda like if it fast food were posh. Go check it out! Take a date there. Tip: Do not get the sausage roll unless you love to chew on leather 😅
My fav: Dirty snow man ice cream, Peanut butter latte, keto bowls (steak mushroom onions), and so much more! I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had.
OMG this place was amazing specifically the ICE CREAM I was totally floored and caught off guard by the excellent quality of homemade ice cream (Birthday cake and Tennessee orange) I will definitely be back to try other flavors soon
I've been eating HoHo egg rolls since they opened in Bells in the 80's! So glad you have them and that yummy clear sauce! A real hit!!!!!
Have been enjoying the coffee for a couple years now, today I decided to get in on the egg roll craze. Holy moly, they are incredible. My expectations were high due to so many ppl telling about them, and the experience today with these egg rolls exceeded that. Can't wait until I'm back in town to grab more!

I got the chance to grab a cup of coffee with my son’s mother-in-law. The fellow that took our order was so kind and accommodating! The order was a bit specific and took a while to prepare, but that was fine since we were hoping to visit. Though we were sitting near the barista, I had to go ask if the cups that were set out were ours. I was told, “The names are on the cup.” The environment was comfortable and cute and the coffee was delicious. Who would imagine that a dirty snowman, half sweet decaf could be so tasty?! I far prefer this place to Starbucks and support their open Christian stand. I’m thrilled that they will be the coffee place for Baptist surgery center when it opens!

Cool place! Today the service was a little slow & the meatloaf plate was over seasoned but I will definitely try them again.
This is not a coffee shop. When I visited at midday, they had no coffee. They had espresso and could make espresso drinks, bit no coffee. The sign says "Green Frog Coffee Company and Grill". I went in hoping to find a few single origin coffees as the sign implied. They didn't have any, nor could they make a cup of coffee. They offered me hot water with espresso (sigh).
It's a great place to get coffee and study, but if you're not a student, it's still good to go and eat and hang out with friends or family. I really like the blackberry hamburger as far as food goes. My drink of choice is an Irish Cream Frappe/Blended with extra whipped cream. The whipped cream alone is phenomenal, and I say this as someone who isn't the biggest fan of the product.
