Learned that this space opened a few short months ago. It's so quaint inside! A Work from Home(rs) ideal work space... The two ladies that helped me were so nice. Not to mention they gave me a few good foodie spots they thought I should visit while I was visiting Nashville. I ordered the Milk & Honey Latte with Oat Milk. Yum! The drink was sweet but it's because it was coming from the honey and a hint from the oat milk. Seeing that it's practically summer, I got my drink iced.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Drips Coffee Shop, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly made my visit memorable, though, was the exceptional service provided by the knowledgeable and friendly staff, particularly the women who went above and beyond to ensure I had a delightful coffee experience. Alaina and Emily made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. As soon as I approached the counter, I was greeted with bright smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Their passion for coffee was evident as they eagerly recommended various interesting blends and flavors based on my preferences. They took the time to listen to my taste preferences and asked insightful questions to better understand my coffee preferences. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to personalize my coffee selection. Their recommendations did not disappoint. I tried a basic vanilla latte with oat milk. The flavor profile was exquisite. I was genuinely impressed by the level of expertise demonstrated by the women in guiding me towards a coffee that perfectly suited my taste buds. I will be back!

My family and I have been visiting Drips since they opened up and each time has been a wonderful experience! They even serve my favorite tea (High Garden) and have the best lattes! Alaina was so sweet and helpful when we came in, and this is definitely our new regular spot :-)

This is my second time here and I've enjoyed it just as much this time as I had the first. Decided to take a walk and stop in to cool a little with a drink and Emily gave me several suggestions on really good choices. The coconut cold foam was just as good as she described it and I look forward to coming again.

My 2nd visit to Drips Coffee Shop. Great atmosphere. Wonderful Baristas. Emily was excellent (attentive, personable, polite, and professional). The cinnamon crumb muffin and chocolate chip cookies are tasty as well.

Drips coffee is the best coffee shop in Hendersonville! Jordy is here pretty much every morning to make our coffee and is always so friendly! The coffee and the atmosphere is great.

Minimal latte flavors. Their large is a medium elsewhere. Overall atmosphere nice, but will wait a few months until they "get their own flavors in".

Drips coffee shop is absolutely amazing. The coffee is delicious especially their milk and Honey iced or hot. The staff is super friendly and I always feel so comfortable bring in my 1 1/2 year-old. I have never felt more comfortable in any coffee shop as I do drips. Thank you for making me feel like I belong there!

Pros: delicious coffee and some nice food offerings. Dark roast all day for those of us that care about our heart health but still want a good fresh brew. Inviting atmosphere. Professional staff, and very, very kind. Convenient location--for me. Rewards program. Cons: weekend hours don't include early birds--this is the biggest deterrent for me. It seems there is a lack of foresight of what's possible or a lack of desire to market to that their customer base of folk who want coffee before 7AM (Sat) or 8AM (Sun). And they don't open until 6AM on weekdays so that knocks out a lot of commuters if you are driving into Nashville these days. I mean, please don't blame us and decide not to open if we don't know about you. I personally just found out they you were here last week... No effective communication option other than going to the store at this time: App menu is limited, no landline and rude/unhelpful answer to the phoneline ON Google--seemed indignant because I even called...? Owner maybe? Many folks are up by well before the shop opens that don't know about them yet, and so is that Seattle chain we all frequent. No scanner for redeeming QRC or bar codes on their coffee gift certificates as of yet. The environment doesn't hold much other than locale convenience that you can't get at other coffee shops in the area with same concept and way more comfort intentionality (Stompin' Grounds comes to mind). I WANT to give them my weekend business...? But maybe they only want retirees and stay at home parents with their kids. THAT market they have procured as evidenced by their lunch crowd today.

BEST COFFEE SHOP IN HENDERSONVILLE!! Everyone is so kind, and the shop itself has such a cozy atmosphere! They're also dog friendly and have pup cups, so bring your furbabies in for a lil treat as well!!

If you want a premium cup of coffee, latte, or straight espresso without feeling judged for not being “cool enough“ to belong in a coffee shop then this is your place! When you walk through the doors, you immediately feel welcomed, and you’re a part of the family! Absolutely love this place. Best spot in town hands down.
