Outstanding service. While understaffed, everyone that was there was friendly and caring. Great burger and fries. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
At first, I thought the order took to long to prepare, but then it came out. The double burger is no joke. Massive, juicy, tasty, and everything you want from a classic diner burger. Good things are worth waiting for. Try it.
Great little deli... I went to Chucks Deli back in the 70's when I was in high school. Sadly, that version of the iconic little eatery burned some time ago. The newly rebuilt version is in the same location with more of a restaurant feel. Back in the day, you had to order at a meat counter and you could watch while Chuck or a member of his crew actually sliced the meat and prepared your sandwich right there. Today, you come into the dining area, take a seat and a friendly server promptly comes for your drink order. Our server was Alex, who was a friendly, attractive and enthusiastic young lady. She was attentive to our table and refilled our drinks promptly. I had a roast beef with American cheese and mayo along with a generous portion of "tater tots." My brother had an open-faced "loaded dog" which consisted of a large hotdog smothered with chili. The food was great. It's typical deli fare but exceeded the quality of many delis I've visited in metro NY or DC. The atmosphere is a cross between a country diner and a sports bar. Just without the alcohol... If you are in the tiny little hamlet of Harriman, TN, this is one of those "have-to" visit places. You will not be sorry!
This place slings out the most succulent, breathtakingly delicious burgers and chuckwagons. So freaking fresh too! Now, I haven't tried everything on the menu so perhaps there are more hidden gems. Trust me, I'm fat and I got this way through food, not a thyroid problem....so that means I am an true expert in eating unhealthy things and weather healthy or not, you gotta check this place out! Bon Apetit!

Great food, alright price for the times. Staff was friendly as well. Plenty of specials to choose from. Spacious inside. Can't complain. Had the hoagie and fries. Good steamed subs.

I have lived in harriman for 4 years. I never knew about this place. Stopped in tonight to get dinner for the family. All I can say is wow. Food was amazing. I/we will differently be coming back.
I haven't ordered food here for many years. I don't live in the area any longer, but was in town and decided to order. I got the hamburger steak and it was so good, the 2 other people with me were equally satisfied. The food is still delicious after all these years, definitely will stop in again when in town.

When the original owners had this Deli it was the best place in Roane County to eat! Now it’s looking like it is going downhill fast. First of all you never know when they are actually going to be open. Doesn’t matter what their Facebook page says or if you call and ask them, they might just decide to close earlier. Next, the food is not as good as it was before, the last 4 times I have gotten food from here it was either wrong or just not good. I really, really, really wanted them to do well and keep up the same great quality and service after it sold but after today I probably won’t be giving them a 5th try. Such a shame!!

I would have given this place 5 stars for the food but my take out order was wrong. But the other food in the order was great. The hamburgers are large and delicious
