Love, love, love their shakes and teas! I have a shake for breakfast and a Specialty tea several times a week and they are delicious! Tammy, Cody and Taylor always provide great customer service as well. Love my Wave Nutrition! ❤️

Shakes are always creamy and very delicious. I like to mix things up with flavors on the specialty drinks and she always makes sure to get it done and tastes amazing!
I absolutely LOVE Wave Nutrition! Tammy knows exactly what I want and is so friendly when I come in. Their teas give me the best energy throughout the day. I look forward going there anytime I can.
MY FAVORITE!!! I am usually not into the teas and meal replacement shakes, but I guess I had not had someone make them like they do. There is not one thing on the menu I don't like. When I first started trying it, she walked me through the GIANT menu. This has turned into my favorite place to grab a drink, especially a tea and I'm usually not a tea person!! I go almost everyday and Tammy remembers every time what I get. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!
Absolutely amazing drinks especially the seasonal ones, the owner and workers are always super sweet (will help you with any questions you have about the menu). Definitely my favorite place to go!
Wave Nutrition is one of the best tea shops around the 615 area. Tammy and her daughters are always so lovely, sweet and knowledgeable about providing you exact what you need! Their menu is very versatile as it is but they do seasonal menu and cups as well!

I want to give and old school shout out to Tammy Johnson Richards at Wave Nutrition in Gallatin Wave Nutrition 1101 Nashville Pike STE190 Gallatin, TN 37066. For the outstanding coffee. Great pick me up. They also have healthy sugar free yet extremely deliciously favorable teas. Can’t go wrong there. If you are local I say drive on by and try it out. And if you are passing through, well treat yourself to something amazing and healthy. Once you taste it you think there is no way it’s healthy. But trust me it is. Great customer service and a delicious and healthy drink. No way to go wrong here! Thanks Tammy at Wave Nutrition!
I love this place . I treat myself to their delicious meal replacement shakes twice a week. The staff has never made a bad suggestion on any shake. Five stars from me !!!!
Hands down one of the best nutrition shops in Gallatin. Nothing beats going to Wave Nutrition after a hard workout at the gym. If you’re new I recommend getting the VooDoo. Got it twice now and I’m hooked!
The owner is very nice, the drinks are tasty and made with care. You absolutely get what you pay for here the quality and genuine care is obvious is all their drinks. Definitely recommend the iced salted caramel mocha!
My fiance and I love the place. We get good service with great drinks and shakes! We won't go anywhere else. And you get what you pay for!! Damn good.
Absolutely love this place!! Not only are the drinks fantastic, but the owner and her employees are always friendly and go above and beyond to make me happy. It is a must anytime I’m in Gallatin.
The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain the menu selections to you. They actually invented/coming up with adding whip cream to the energy teas....also they come up with their own teas/shakes custom flavors -- unlike most other nutrition tea places.
