I typically don't write negative reviews, but this might have been the worst coffee shop experience I've ever had. Nearly everything we tried to order was out of stock. Barista was kind and apologetic, but the manager really ought to put together an order sometime soon or otherwise revise their menu to reflect their limited offerings.
Great coffee and comfortable atmosphere. Pretty sure this'll be my go-to coffee shop whenever I'm in the area
Procured an absolutely fantastic London Fog from Black Press this weekend. It’s hard to find a place that does London Fogs well. They are often too sweet or too weak, but this one hit the balance. I will definitely be back!
Thank you black press for being one of the best coffee shops in sumner county. Seriously I don’t go anywhere els… and I’m hooked on all you guys have to offer. Tea AND coffee is just done right here. Also every location has such a great vibe.

We stop here every time we visit Gallatin, TN. My wife loves their Cuban. I just grab whatever because their coffee is good. Sit down and enjoy an espresso and a treat, savory or sweet. Or grab it to go.
One of my top five coffee spots in Nashville! The staff is so friendly and personable, and they all make absolutely incredible coffee drinks. You can count on the baristas knowing you and your order after only a few visits. It’s also one of my favorite places to meet friends and work because of its cozy atmosphere and cleanliness.
I love supporting local coffee shops so I decided to try it out! The Cuban coffee was excellent. My only wish is that it was served in a real mug. Not paper. Same with the breakfast we ordered. The Standard breakfast sandwich had lots of flavor and I would probably order it again if I come back. The one thing I noticed that is definitely lacking is cleanliness. The front door and windows are just filthy. The trash can lid by the door doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down. People want to be in a clean space …. Especially when you pay almost $15 for a coffee and bagel sandwich. You’ve got a good thing going but it could be great if it was clean. Thank you.
I had never been here before, and the staff was awesome answering my questions and being accommodating. The coffee was so good.

I popped in Wednesday morning (9/14/22 @ Long Hollow) to order a large hot vanilla latte and immediately noticed when my "good morning" was not acknowledged, the cashier just bluntly asked what I wanted to order. The wait time was good and so was my coffee but the staff seemed to have an off day based on other reviews because today they were far from friendly or inviting. There is no excuse for ignoring a basic common sense instinct of replying when being greeted by a customer. The 3 stars are strictly for the good product. I would not recommend this shop, try Grahams coffee shop instead.
Absolutely chill good for doing schoolwork or having a business meeting or just enjoying a cup of good double espresso.
This was my first time in and it was a very good experience. My latte was excellent and employees were friendly. Cute and relaxed atmosphere!
Their coffee is always nice especially the Cuban, and they have switched back to frothy monkey pastries which I'm not going to complain about. :) Go give our local coffee shop your business!
