The woman working was acting like she hated her life. Wasnt friendly at all. Also it's not bubble tea all of the jelly is solid slices of jelly so no popping bubbles very disappointed.
I love this little café. Probably the best bubble tea I've had in the Nashville surrounding area. The baked goods area always fresh too. I try to stop in whenever I can. When I first started coming here, they would majority of the time have one person working. So, if they were busy, there would be a bit of a wait. But it seems within the past few months that they have increased the staff, so the wait time is more manageable.
Just spent over 70 dollars on pork noodles which were not pork but cold chicken that was mainly bones & skin, decent wonton soup, the schezuan chicken which was once again mainly skin and bones (was also cold. Was not advertised as a cold dish so that was kind of a shock), 2 overcooked egg tarts; decent moon cakes and decent boba. The woman working there was rude and the sitting area was dirty. The “pork” noodles & chicken were inedible. So disappointed. What a waste of time and money.
My favorite boba tea! And the best spot to stop and grab a pastry. Everything they make is delicious and fresh.
The brown sugar boba tea lacked flavor and the pastries were subpar.
Rude lady at the front, drink and dessert wasn’t worth the $20. Asked for a cup of water after and she charged me $1.10 for sink water.
I was disappointed in this bakery. My son and I went in to get some bubble tea. I had never had bubble tea before. So quite naturally, I would need time to review the menu. As we were looking at the menu, the Asian lady went in the back to wash a dish or something. When she came back out, she did not even recognize us. She asked the man behind us what he wanted. We nicely walked out of the restaurant. I believe the Asian lady was racist. I would never go back to this place again. Sad but true 😐😔😤😥
Having never been here we were excited to try the Japanese cheesecake. We also ordered noodle bowls. The chicken was cold however with less salt the noodle bowl would have been good. I would not eat it again. The other people with me got pork and threw it out. I’m not sure how Japanese cheesecake should taste but to me this tasted like scrambled eggs and another person felt they tasted soured Parmesan cheese. So that’s two descriptions. The place was nice and midway through waiting on the order I saw the 70 score from the food people. We took our chances bc we had already ordered but we through the food away and had to get something else. So, maybe go small and test what ur getting. Lady was nice but I will not be back just was not at all good.
Boba is hard and not good.
She admitted to making my drink wrong and said no refund or remakes but wouldn’t show me the policy. I asked for corps number and she denied and told me to call the cops. This was a 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR. Horrible. Doesn’t even taste good, but when my friend ordered a drink it was made wrong by the one worker that would not remake or refund our order. We tried to explain the situation as she constantly told us no and denied everything we asked for. She claimed the “corporate” number was private. When asked if what she knew she was doing was wrong or illegal, she said yes and nodded. Most irritating experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Even the other drinks we DID receive after were disgusting. Never walk in this boba shop you will be tremendously disappointed.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon, they had one lady running the whole store going back and forth between taking orders and making drinks. It took her 25 minutes to get my drink to me, and when I left there were 15 people standing in the very small cafe waiting for their orders. Leaving 2 stars cause the milk tea was decent, nothing to write home about. They sorely need more staff, not worth $6 for a small drink and a half hour wait. Regular boba milk tea pictured.
If you don’t have an extra 30 minutes of free time to waste I wouldn’t recommend this place. After waiting 10 minutes to order and then 20 minutes for 1 milk tea, the lady working gave me a funny look when I was the last person waiting for my drink. She obviously forgot my order or who I was, and 4 people who ordered after me had already gotten their drinks and left. Once I finally had my drink it was a disappointing weak flavor, had no ice, and had about a third of the amount of boba pearls I’d expect for a “large” $7 drink. First and last time here.
Terrible customer service. Doesn’t help you when you walk in. Ignores you and then doesn’t answer your questions
The only place you can get freshly baked Asian desserts like egg tarts (not anymore) and red bean flaky pastries near Nashville! Please bring back egg tarts and open a store closer to midtown 🙏
I drove to Franklin from Nashville upon a friend’s recommendation to try Sweet Dream’s boba tea. Their Thai tea was solid and strong, one of the best — however, the boba was not sweetened at all. In fact, it tasted like it was steeped in tea overnight, and gave a slight bitter taste. It was constantly messing with my overall palette and the awesome taste of Thai tea. The texture of boba was good and soft, just how I like it. I just wish they slightly sweetened the boba.
Hi there, I come in every Tuesday afternoon and when the young lady is there the customer service is not great. I prefer the man or the young boy as the lady is not pleasant.
Test good, but whan we came just one person for cashier and cooking, i'm order in 3rd queue, i got the lasted .
PLEASE, BRING THE EGG TARTS BACK!!! I'M SO SAD that I went to get some and was told you aren't making it anymore!!!
First and last visit at this establishment. Horrible service. I finally walked out empty handed after 35 mins of waiting for an order of two boba teas. Others patrons that ordered after us got their drinks before we did. I understand being understaffed but seeing people that ordered after us get their drinks (min of 10 drinks) before us is simply poor service.
