4 members of staff standing around without making contact and not a nother customer around. Order for omelette way off, food very salty and staff makes statements of food delivery to table and no follow thru.
Awful service got my order wrong, we were sitting outside amongst dirty tables. My coffee sat inside until we went in and got it. My salad had huge chucks of salt?? We had breakfast.
We came here for breakfast and I think it's one of the best breakfast places in Franklin. Food is always flavorful and the coffee is great, too. Service is friendly, and nice outdoor seating options.
Come for the coffee, skip the food. Came here with a group of 14 of us. We all tried each other's dishes. The consensus was the food is very bland. It looked wonderful... Just very little flavor. The service getting your food wasn't the best either. However, the coffee was solid regardless of what we ordered. Everyone was happy with there caffeinated drinks whether hot or cold.
Amazing location and good food.
We came as a group. All the plates came separate, at different time, they also served the next table before some of us complete eating and still some of us were missing our plates. One of the plates never came, after 60 minutes they just found they lost the ticket. We had to leave with one of us still hungry. It’s a no no no.
Had an amazing breakfast here the other day, love their menu items and coffee is amazing ! Our food runner Juanes made our music experience even better , wish there was more workers like him . I highly recommend this spot in Historic downtown Franklin!

Fun place for a pop up coffee and holiday cocktail bar. Festive!
Waited 20 minutes (no line) for burnt americano, dry cookies, and a decent but commercial blueberry muffin #costco. “Worlds best cup of coffee” is more reminiscent of Elf rather than actually living up to the name. Americano tried to be an Ethiopian, but it turned into a coffee that was old, roasty and had the lingering taste of cardboard. Can’t comment on food to order outside of pastries that were sub par.
All I stopped in for was some coffee. They were a little busy, but all the food they put out looked and smelled fantastic, superb customer service, and this cup of coffee is delicious!
McGavock's coffee is DELICIOUS! The barista Ashley made me a great iced mocha latte. Her and the other barista Karlie are so sweet and bring so much joy to the atmosphere. Great lighting and a perfect place to do work too!

It’s a vibe, a very good vibe. If your looking to treat your self or friend and family… or if your looking to kinda get away from it all. OR BOTH. The food… the atmosphere… and the coffee.
The place is nice, and the coffee is great. However, the food was not good at all. It smelled weird, and I was not able to eat it after a few bites.
Very cute establishment, adorable ambience with classy design tastes, comfortable seating, and that’s it… coffee was bitter and burnt, boba balls were raw and undercooked in the teas, food was mediocre, service was very very slow, and all in all extremely expensive. A few drinks, a few bagels and an entree (which took 35 minutes after ordering to arrive at the table) came with a $70 tab… 😳 The price of excellence yet excellent at absolutely and unconditionally, nothing…
