we stop here every time we are in town and up till now its always been a fantastic experience. The staff on 4-28-23 at 10 am were inattentive at best and kinda rude. We will be back but staff could certainly be upgraded.

Highly disappointed In the weak, lack luster flavorless coffee. I ordered a lady liberty I believe it was called. It tasted like burnt milk. Idk why it’s so hard to find good coffee with that bold coffee flavor. Wonderful presentation and kind barista but the drink was just terrible and wasteful. Honestly when all you want is a good cup o jo, it really puts you in a bad mood to only be able to taste weak burnt milk. Just sad and obnoxious. I guess if you enjoy burnt flavorless milk then the 5 stars makes perfect sense otherwise I’m just very confused. Why call yourself a coffee roasters or a barista if you actually know nothing about coffee?? At that point you may as well just open a smoothie shop or somewhere that doesn’t require an education or learning of technique in order to make the proper drink. It’s annoying when reviews no longer reflect the reality. There should be free espresso tastings for every coffee shop before you order; that’s how constant this situation is with coffee in America. Places pride themselves on beans and roasting process but the real buzz comes from the shocking disappointment when you actually taste the coffee. I guess we have to travel to Europe to get the real thing idk what the solution is at this point. Sorry to be a Karen but I’m tired of people messing up the coffee it’s supposed to be a beautiful thing.

One of my go to coffee shops. Great coffee, always well made, and the Factory is a great place to sit for a few minutes to take a break or to get some work done away from the office. One of the best things for me, as an HCR regular, is that if I have a concern or a problem, I'm quickly asked about it and given an explanation. I appreciate that kind of customer service in a place I visit often.

Usually love this place. Make sure you come when they are open and about not about to close. I got turned away since they closed in 10 mins

Cute location inside The Factory. Great smells drew us in. Chai latte was mediocre. Coconut cake was dry. No creamer available for the coffee. No forks available for the cake. Staff were having trouble keeping up. Felt disappointed.

Our experience with Honest Coffee roasters is always great! The cuban and chai tea latte are the best.

We drove there from Nashville because of good reviews but big time disappointed. Guy who took our order (19th Feb, 2023) was dishonest and lied about several things 1) we wanted to dine in but he said they will be closing in half an hour. Forcing us to take away and after an hour after seeing the other outlets in the factory, we found the shop was still opened. 2) I asked him if they can get me a good cold coffee with cream, he said yes. But instead I got a simple iced latte and that was horrible in taste. 3) another coffee we ordered was an extra hot which he again said yes. But that was just an ordinary hot coffee with ordinary taste. Will never be going there again.

Was visiting the area and had several coffee shops to choose from. This one was close by, so we stopped in. We should have chosen a different one. They had no caramel syrup. The only sweetener they had was Stevia and Sugar in the Raw. And the coffee tasted burnt, like it was from the bottom of a pot that had been left on for hours. Not a good way to start our morning.

Fun exploring Liberty Hall and enjoying the Factory at Franklin on this freezing Feb. 1. Enjoyed an extra hot, cappuccino. Good music and comforting smell of delicious coffee. Service was prompt and the staff are sweet.

Coffee was pretty good; decor was nice. The line was long, and when my wife asked for light chocolate on her mocha and asked if whipped cream was available, the server (Taylor N.) was quite snooty.

One of the best latte's I've ever had, nice and soft, perfect temperature. 10/10

Cold coffee. Have been in here twice in the last month. The coffee was tepid both times and kinda bland. I could let the lack of distinct taste go but no way on the temperature. Won't give it a third chance.
