Fantastic classic burger with in house made Ketchup. All around good for you food, none of the bs you get at the other places.
I got the citrus arugula salad and it honestly was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. There was just the right about of everything, and it tasted delicious. I was a little surprised by the price, but after eating it and even having enough for leftovers I was impressed.
I hate that I didn't find this place sooner! This is an excellent spot to bring your GF friends even if you're not GF. I won't say the GF pizza crust was the best I've ever had, but my friend said their GF bread was amazing! Nothing was crumbly, so that's a win. I really loved the concept of grocery, wine and beer bar, and restaurant all together. The grocery is more gourmet and local with a row of olive oil taps, which is pretty cool. Downside is that I spent way too much money 🤣🤦 but it was totally worth it. Definitely trying a GF sandwich next time because my friend's looked awesome!
My favorite place for a burger, a beer, a glass of wine, or just taking in the multiple grocery items they have available.
My favorite lunch spot! Love all of their attention to ingredients and food quality
It's with much sorrow that I have to say my experiences at this restaurant have been going downhill. I used to come here multiple times a week and would have given it a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, after my recent visits, I can only give it 2 stars. The biggest issue has been the significant decrease in food quality and taste. The dishes I once loved are now mediocre at best. On top of that, the prices have gone up by 33% or more, and the portion sizes have decreased significantly. It's such a shame to see a place that was once a staple in my routine fall so far from what it once was. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes changes to improve the experience for their customers.
Great vibe, family and friends hanging out. This place is a cool & hip so it gets crowded pretty quickly. I tried Sunday brunch at 10:15 AM. The line was about 15 mins wait. By the time 10:35 AM rolls in , the line was hitting the door. This is a self service , ordering at the counter and someone will serve you food using table numbers. Breakfast tacos was good Huevos was too filling for me. I took my husband here and he likes the flavor. The “Build your own bowl” wasn’t my favorite and there is a review about the portion being small, which is true. You can see it from my photos. Sides are pricey, I recommend just order straight from the menu for your best flavor and value of the money. Coffee/ cappuccino were amazing. Kids meal aren’t jumping out of the world unique but reasonable price. Kids apple sauce is a very healthy version so my boys aren’t the fan. But I like it. I’ll be back for Citric salad with side of eggs.
Pricing seems way high for walk up counter service. Food quality is great. The place was bustling today. Wonder flavor
Was visiting the area and it was so nice to find somewhere with healthy, REAL food! Staff was super friendly and I loved the vibe - perfect place to grab a quick bite and knock out some work. Loved the market - lots of healthy snacks and goods to choose from. Can’t wait to return!
Really, really long line in the morning. Wasted 20 minutes of a meeting standing in line. Recommend going somewhere else if you have a schedule to keep.
We will 100% be back! Great food, wonderful service, and the most amazing vinegars!!!
I come here way too much but that’s not stopping!! Love everything about this place, the food, the people, the vibe, the coffee, everything!
They carry my favorite lettuce, and salad oils/ dressing, and that's they only reason I stop here.. I really wish I could get in and out of there faster and Not wait in line so long to get some lettuce with all the people ordering food... They need a register that's express for non-food orders. The place feels like Costco. Dread it.
Revising my review, sadly, to a 4. I feel like quality and flavor has gone down a bit since the new chef started. Still one of our fav spots but hoping it returns to it's previous quality to match the price.
My wife introduced me to this place and I liked it. The girl at the register wasn’t too interested in helping us, but the menu was great and the food was great. It’s a good place for people that like clean, healthy, quality food. I got the club sandwich and it was tasty, salad as a side. Salad was a 7.5/10
I am a very health-conscious foodie but just because you serve good quality ingredients doesn't mean you can mishandle the food and turn into a mediocre item which is also borderline spoiled. All of the cooked items were served lukewarm. It did not taste fresh whatsoever and although I wouldn't go far as saying I had an indigestion, my body clearly didn't process the meal as smoothly as my usual meals. The food comes very (too?) quickly and clearly there is 0 intention from the person preparing your meal to serve you a fresh tasty dish. If you happen to order dish that are meant to be served cold (like the potatoe salad) then you're fine: they just take it out of the fridge and serve it and it tastes clean and good. But anything that is meant to be served hot apparently has either been sitting at room temperature for too long or is simply poorly reheated. Too bad because it's rare to find restaurants that use quality ingredients like they do.
This place is incredibly busy but incredibly efficient in bringing out tasty and well presented food to a steady stream of customers. They have an large selection of olive oils and vinegars (with tasting available) in addition to a small market to buy canned and jarred items as well as fresh vegetables and fresh and frozen meats.
Decent salad. They chopped all the ingredients but not the lettuce. I prefer not chopped, yet didnt know they would chop it into tiny pieces. Next time I would ask for not chopped.
An excellent spot for breakfast and lunch with plenty of seating and some excellent market options to bring something home. The service is excellent and there is plenty of space inside and out to sit and enjoy your meal. The prices are a little high but that is to be expected for the area. Overall a very nice spot with good food.
Yesterday we purchased a few items and a latte. Alex was our cashier. As he was helping us, Alex quietly informed us that we were in the wrong place in line to checkout. He said just stay here this time, but we would know what to do for future reference. We had been standing next to the counter for a few minutes checking out the flavors of the drinks before we ordered. After a lady picked up her drink, we stepped up and ordered with no one behind us which seemed like the logical thing to do. The other line to our far left had a group of people ordering food while looking at a menu. Wasn’t there another place for ordering “just food” near the baked goods case on the restaurant side? There was no one there at the left register just minutes before. If there is a specific place to stand, Where are the signs that inform you what to do? My question is- is there a right or wrong way to line up at two cash registers that are near each other? My thinking is that you pick wherever you want to checkout just like you’re at a grocery store— which you are! I told Alex I’d never been told that before by anyone the many times we were visiting Herban Market. Perhaps a “ONE Line Only!” sign would help! We were not trying to cut in line and it seemed a bit insulting to us.
