This place has no idea what they are doing. My sandwich went back twice and the second time they forgot the cheese on a ham and cheese sandwich. This coffeshop did not have anyone who knew how to make a latte and frankly they didn't really care. They need adult supervision. And insanely expensive...oh and I'm Still waiting for our lattes and we have enough finished our meal.

Saw a line out the door and thought it must be a good place for breakfast.... Totally was - awesome smoke salmon on a bagel and really good latte 😊

Tasty baked goods here. A little pricey. Try the cinnamon buns. Yum!

Staff is kind and friendly. The baked goods are the freshest you get from the area coffee houses. I’m hooked on their blueberry scones and my wife craves their warm cinnamon rolls. Must place to try when visiting downtown Franklin.

Not really impressed with the Franklin Bakehouse. Came here roughly 2 years ago and didn’t enjoy the food or the experience so decided to give it another shot. The coffee and food was pretty subpar. Honestly not worth the time or the money

One of the best places for pastries we have found in the area. Store is simple with some seating along one side of the long narrow shop. We have not done any of their grocery items. Can be noisy when the espresso machine and bread slicer are running.

I used BakeHouse to cater my 70th birthday dessert party which was held at The Coffee House which is nearby. I planned special events for a living and I’ve worked with a lot of caterers over the years but NONE as accommodating or as attentive as Angie and her staff. Angie went out of her way to ensure that the food was just as I wanted. Nia ( perhaps I am misspelling her name) made the food and it was fabulous. Their set up, attention to detail and responsiveness went above and beyond. My guests loved every facet of the food! Thank you Angie for providing more than I expected and being so easy to work with in planning this party!

Not especially impressed with anything here. We have traveled extensively, and I’d consider the offering here simply “standard fare.” I love the local feel, and the support of local businesses, but wasn’t impressed by any of the food in particular. I tried the apple turnover, English muffin, and mini cheesecake. I did not see, nor did I taste, anything in regard to high quality staple ingredients. Standard hormone-filled grocery dairy, nothing noted in regard to organic or heirloom varieties of flours. Customer service wasn’t bad, but wasn’t by any means positively impressive. Decent.
