Franklin, TN. A fancy Einsteins! We weathered the pandemic in South Florida and our favorite Einsteins were pitifully understaffed and didn’t open the main dining room even up to 2022. Now we’re in Orlando far away from the few Einsteins in Central Florida, so imagine the excitement of my husband when our hotel was next door to this one!! He got his favorite turkey egg and cheese bagel with coffee. Then he said, “That settles it. We’re moving across the street.”
So delicious. I love this place! Cinnamon sugar bagels are my favorite!
Very rude wait staff and messed up my orders and didn’t fix them cause they put them in the wrong kind of bagel. So must be you get whatever they put your order on
Unfortunately this isn’t my first unfortunate experience at this store. Unfriendly staff, when we asked for our bagels to be toasted, they microwaved them and handed them back with a grunt when we said thank you.
I was charged for jelly for a breakfast sandwich 🤔
Fast, friendly service with delicious food as well! Onion bagel.... if you haven't tried it, you should. Got to try the Tomato, Avocado and Bacon bagel. It was amazing!
Great food, and awesome customer service. I order breakfast every week for a group meeting, and they have never failed on my order. They have it ready on time every time, and they make sure the order is correct.
Suggestion. Don't go so close to closing. Chips are not given with the meal around closing time. Food is still good. Recommend the chorizo burrito if available at visit. Recommend the Tasty Turkey. Or Brunch for two. In app order fast a points earned.

What a great breakfast break on a long drive. And a nice break from Starbucks, although there's one across the parking lot if you must. But give Einstein a chance for their breakfast sandwiches. They were fantastic!
Bagel breakfast sandwiches was very tuff, breakfast burritos had 90% cheese and a very little egg and meat, not worth the money very disappointed.
This was my first visit to elinstein bagel and will be my last. I will leave a bad review also and tell others to stay away. I wanted a raisin bagel with cream cheese but you was out and I’m diabetic so she puts a sugar bagel in my bag. She runs out and doesn’t even say to me that she was out of that. I look at my bagel and it doesn’t have raisins. She just shrugs her shoulders when I asked her and makes excuses. She doesn’t act like a manager and her communication with customers is horrible. If you run out, you need to tell a customer not just put any bagel that you feel like! If I had eaten this bagel, my sugar would have gone high and maybe been in the hospital. Than you would have been in a big lawsuit for giving someone that they are allergic to something to eat. This is serious not a joke! No regards for the customer! The man cashier with poney tail had the nerve to laugh and thinks this is a joke. The manager did not correct him either. No leadership or management at this location. I’m an American and I have a right to complain when my health is in danger! If no correction, I will contact the health department and file a complaint that you are not abiding by your food allergies policies! This is not a joke, this is someone’s health you are playing with and nobody will tolerate this!
Home of the $25.62 Coffee $$$$$!!! Purchased a coffee in their drive through for $4.69 using my credit card and they ran an additional transaction for $20.93 which they claim was for the customer behind me in the drive through. Never refunded.
Food great, buy again I paid for an item and didn't get it
Rude and unprofessional would best describe the service and responsiveness of this location. Store hours indicated open until 3 pm. (On door). We arrived, as others were also standing outside at 2 pm. Yet the staff refused to provide service or anyone into facility as they wanted to go home early. Amazing! Post COVID, like so many others (organizations) no customer service just personal needs of employees. They closed the doors and then departed.

Even when they're packed they're rather quick, always friendly, food and drinks are always great! We stop here every time we are in Franklin.
Drove through for breakfast and once I got to my office I realized they had put hardly any cream cheese on the bagel. At least at Starbucks when you order a bagel you get a container to spread yourself. Such a bummer!
So I found this place by total accident and I'm so glad I did. It's all bagels with so many different choices. I tried the brisket and it did not disappoint, the bagel had jalapeño in it and man it was just right. Also the drive thru employee was so great being my first time and all.
