Every time there is so little cream cheese you can’t even see it much less taste. If I wanted a dry bagel I would have ordered it without cream cheese! You can ask for extra cream cheese which is equivalent to what should be just a bagel & cream cheese but then they wouldn’t get to charge you almost $2 more for the “Extra” cream cheese!

This is extra smear on my very, very skimpy Farmhouse. Y’all really need to take note from Einstein Bagels in Menomonie, WI!! 0/10 for this bagel.

my partner and i have been coming here semi-regularly, and while we always love the food and the service, multiple times have we shown up whilst it was “open” and have sat in the drive thru for long periods of time until we decide to pull up and see that it is closed early. no signage posted or reason stated, a couple of those times there were still individuals inside and refused to acknowledge us or even just let us know that they closed early. as a customer, we deserve to at least not be ignored. it’s hard to be a regular when you never know if they’ll be open when it says so.

Historically, I love Einsteins, and when I have eaten here, it’s been just as good as always, but this location has super confusing hours. Was just in the drive thru during “open” hours and there were employees inside, but was ignored. Could have just let me know you were closing early.

Staff is always friendly, never rude even through drive thru. They aren't hurrying you up like other places with the "do you want anything else"....Their bagels alone or sandwich bagels are delicious. Definitely recommend.

Don’t waste your lunch hour going here. I went though the drive through, waited 10 minutes because their system was down. I ordered the nova lox and asked if I could get it as the lunch with chips. They said yes, then proceeded to tell me banana or capers was my only side option since it was a breakfast item. Then when I actually got the food there was barely any salmon on it at all. Very disappointed and will not return.

Einstein’s is my favorite bagel spot and while I have had many great experiences at this location, I’ve now also had several terrible experiences too… Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an iced chai tea latte. My drink was spoiled with chunks of churned milk. Absolutely disgusting!!! I’m just wondering how the person making the drink didn’t see or smell that??? I called immediately to tell them what just happened and they seemed aware of the situation. The lady on the phone was very nice and helped me with a resolution to the problem but serving serval customers expired food/ drink is not acceptable! From other reviews, it looks like this isn’t the first time there’s been an issue with expired or moldy food at this location. Thank you to the lady on the phone for the nice service and apology! Just wanted others to know about this experience.

This absolutely pains my heart to have to write this. I moved to Franklin Tennessee in 2016 and Einstein Bagels was a staple of my morning routine before work for the past 7 years. This morning I drove in and ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and I was charged $4.48. That's absolute Insanity!!!! This is nothing to do with the people at work there, and the manager herself, they have been absolutely wonderful and they are super sweet but I will not play a part in corporate greed, and with that I will not be able to visit the establishment again. I wish the best for the staff

5 stars for the friendly and helpful staff but 1 star for the food. The bagels were chewy and the avocado toast topping was bland and unremarkable. Definitely left us wishing we’d gone somewhere else or just bought some bagels and avocados from the grocery store. Really surprising because the locations we used to go to back in Atlanta were always great with fresh bagels and topping. Don’t think we’ll go back to this one. On a side note, we were disappointed when the staff told us they no longer carried hummus - what bagel place doesn’t have hummus? And it really doesn’t leave much to choose from if you want or need dairy-free, which doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense nowadays.
