Great owner & great food ... Stop in and see them
Listen to me!!! Deliciousness coupled with excellent customer service! This place is my new GoTo when in Dover. Their chicken salad is a must, and I’m not even a chicken salad person. Kathy is a doll, she told me to try it!
Love the atmosphere! Greeted with kindness and a smile as soon as we walked in! Offer multiple options for my kiddos and was patient with my little girl when she couldn’t decide what she wanted. Made a suggestion and it was absolutely tasty! Strawberry frozen lemonade and Reece’s Frappe was big hit for us. Will be visiting again real soon!
We decided to stop by this cafe on our way back home to Indianapolis, and I got to tell you, we were blown away. We had the Tomatoe and Basil soup and Monte Cristo -- omg, it was so good!! The coffee was also outstanding, and I'm sorry Starbucks, but this little cafe in downtown Dover put you guys to shame. The owners, Kathy and Stephen, were a delight and so good to us! I highly recommend this place whether you live in the area or just passing through.
Every drink and food item I have tried has been amazing! Friendly atmosphere as well.
Love, love, love their Chicken Salad on a croissant. Spring Fling Salad is wonderful too. These are my go to foods.
We ordered food from Tractor supply today. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be ordering agian
I walked in and was greeted immediately. There were so many choices! It was hard to choose just one. I had a white chocolate frozen drink which is now my new go to. The staff were so friendly with me as well as my 2 young children which is hard to find. I will definitely be making a weekly trip at least!
The cafe is clean and the service is awesome. Loved, loved the chicken salad sandwich and the mango lemonade slushy. I wish I lived closer, I would eat there everyday😊

I’m here at least once a week drinking their peanut butter coffee. Absolutely delicious drink, I usually have it gone by the time I get out of the parking lot. They are always so kind and my kids love to come in and get their muffins. Everyone in there has always treated my children with kindness even when they are getting muffin and hand prints everywhere. Very pleased with this cafe and hope to try their food soon. I’ve heard the tomato and basil soup is DELICIOUS!

I'm SO happy that Kathy opened K&S Cafe! Everything is homemade, your plate is made to order, her ingredients are super fresh and she uses locally sourced if its available. Not to mention she makes perfect coffee whether you want it hot, iced, or blended.
I LOVE this place. I’ve had the hot bacon salad, the spring strawberry salad, and today i had the MANGO TANGO and it was 🔥!!! I always get the large and easily smash every bite. 🤤🤤 The owner is super cool and always friendly, and her fresh food is the best!! I’ve been dying for a place with healthier options to come to our small town, and she definitely has a forever customer in me. ♥️ The soups- also amazing. 👏🏼 Just GO! You won’t regret it.
The owner was friendly and helpful. She and another employee recommended a delicious drink that quickly became my new favorite. I had a Monte Cristo sandwich that was the BEST I've ever had in my life... and the homemade Tomato Basil soup was AMAZING! I am not local, but it is my new favorite place to eat in TN.I can't wait for my next trip because there were so many other delicious looking things in the menu that I need to try.
This is such an uplifting little cafe! The coffee, mmmh. I don’t like the bitter taste coffee would leave in my mouth before and the coffee she has doesn’t do that, at all it’s so smooth! Such nice people! ❤️

I ordered the Cuban and the Spring Fling salad. They were both amazing but I could eat the salad every day. It was delicious.
Oh my gosh this place is amazing! The coffee is simply the best and so many amazing flavors to choose from especially if you are like me and love options. Their takeout containers are all compostable. I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich with cranberry spread. It's so yummy and the BLT is HUGE
