Make sure you ask people if they want whipped cream on blended drinks. I have no problem at all paying extra for it. I dont get them very often, only as a special treat, and whipped cream is one of my favorite parts on a blended drink.
Normally this place is awesome... I don't know if they were low on staff, had all new folks that day, but it took me almost 20min to get through the drive thru - and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I love their mochas and breakfast sandwiches, but I also love getting to work on time! I'm really hoping it was a one time thing!!
Good coffee and get service
This location have rude staff members. I have tried to give this location chances but they are rude and my coffee always taste watered down. A staff member close the window on me today as I was trying to ask a question so I just requested a refund. The Wilma and Sango location staff is friendly, nice and professional. This location needs a whole new team or to just close down.
The soagiest bagel I have ever eaten... Also possibly microwaved? Definitely not toasted

Today is the fourth time I visit this place to order a sandwich with coffee. Every time I ask for a sandwich, they give me some sort of excuse, the machine is down or they are short of staff. First three time it took them 15 min to make the sandwich and fourth time they didn't make the sandwich. Ridiculous service. Why making a sandwich is such a big deal for this people????
I love their caramel mocha blended coffee! You get better more and cheaper than any frappe at McDonald's
Terrible customer service and their policy per management says, it ok. I sat at the order here window for several minutes, was never acknowledged and the window was not transparent. There was a menu covering it. The line was moving so I moved with it. After sitting in line patiently waiting for 20 minutes, I was told I have to get in line again and wait another 20 plus minutes. It was too much for the worker to walk 8 feet to take my order. I could have moved up in line and got my coffee as it was ready. Being short staffed is not a reason to be inconsiderate of a customer. I recommend watching “give em the pickle” by Bob Farrell and I will not visit your store.
Coffee is always good, food is great and service is excellent!
Competitively priced, no gimmicks, no agendas. Just the caffeine boost you need, conveniently located by the house.

Cannot start your day without coffee. Although it doesn't have space to sit down this place may be so busy you're parked on the road waiting to get into the drive thru. I would recommend starting the day without something.
They have the best Ribbon Candy Cider!

What can anyone possibly say about Lasaters as bad??!!! I do not know, because I still find they have the best coffee, chai, and customer service around. Lasaters is my favorite indulgence! Thank y'all for just being amazing!
Confusion when picking up order from counter, think girl should stand there til u pickit up or at least take a name & write it on the bag or cup maybe cuz i got someone else's order & had to go tradeb4 they drank it luckily!
