My friends & I were visiting St.Thomas to celebrate a 41st Birthday & I must Say Lucy’s hit what we wanted out the the ballpark. Not only was the cake delicious! but her customer service was phenomenal.Every time I spoke with her I felt like I was speaking with someone that I had known for years. Great customer service goes a very long way & that’s exactly what I got. I will recommend Lucy’s cakes to anyone.
My daughter and son-in-law decided not to serve dessert at their wedding, something both sets of parents were not thrilled about. My husband found Lucy's Cakes on the internet when we got home. We decided to provide large cake pops as wedding favors, so that guests could have something sweet if they chose. I worked with Keisa by phone and email, never having the opportunity to taste anything or see what the finished product would look like. Keisa was easy to work with, she was responsive and offered options to meet our needs. The final product was beautiful, with a wide assortment of designs, shapes and colors. The pops were put in individual clear wrappers with a custom sticker I sent Keisa, and a ribbon matching the wedding colors.
Based off a recommendation, we ordered a cake from Lucy's while vacationing in St. Thomas for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday. I can not say enough positive things about the experience or the cake! The customer service is amazing! I was able to order the cake online and had a delightful phone conversation to confirm and pay. The pick-up process was easily coordinated to. My mother-in-law said the cake was the most beautiful cake anyone had ever made for her and she felt it was a shame to cut into it. We ordered a vanilla cake with key lime filling and it was amazing! Just the right combination of sweet and tangy. I'm so thankful Lucy's was recommended to us, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else. I wish we lived in St. Thomas to enjoy Lucy's cakes more often!
These two amazing women delivered my cake off of coordinates.. yes coordinates lol The Airbnb I was staying at didn’t have an address so that is all I had to give them. They found me, I was so amazed. The strawberries were delicious and the cake was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone who visits for any wedding, birthday or anniversary. They are truly sweet.
The cake pops were delightful & tasty. Gluten free & all! The ladies are truly professional & did not disappoint.
It was a rush order. Lucy's came through for me. The taste was amazing with almond filling. Decorations were beautiful. Everything was perfect. This will be the only bakery I will use from now on.
🎉🎉The cakesicles that I ordered for my mom's bday were ADORABLE AND TASTED AMAZING!! I had a jumbled up idea and Keisa took my jumbled up idea and made something perfect and delicious! I had excellent service when I came to pick up my order and Keisa has such a lovely smile too!!😃 I will DEFINITELY be ordering again in the near future!! 💜💜

We came to St Thomas to celebrate my daughter’s bday and needed a gluten free cake . My grandson has celiac disease. Lucy’s not only made a beautiful cake but a delicious one as well that we all could enjoy . Thank you so much, they are very easy to work with and I would highly recommend!
We’re from Tx now and I ordered these amaretto cake for my husbands Uncle whose a Doctor at St.Thomas USVI.Knowing him so picky and these passed his palette 😍 And they love the cake very much!Wish I can taste it too lol 😆 Lucy the owner helped me make this birthday cake happen!Thank you Lucy’s Cakes and Cafe till next time!
Love these ladies! Personable and talented. I needed a special cake to celebrate a 90th birthday and they didn't disappoint. The cake was beautiful and truly delicious, more so than any cake I've purchased. Will certainly be a return customer and will highly! recommend Lucy's Cakes & Cafe'!
These ladies do quality work, helping me with an order last minute out of the kindness of their hearts. The flavors are incredible, not like your typical cake! It’s a must try on the island!
My experience with Lucy’s Cake and Cafe was AMAZING. She is very professional and gave me exactly what I asked for. She went above and beyond will definitely recommend. The cake was made from scratch and I could tell that she took time on my order. The details and everything was better than I thought it would be. Would definitely be back.

I cannot say enough great things about these ladies! They were extremely helpful and very professional from the beginning. We had a destination wedding in St. Thomas, so a lot of our communication was done via phone & email. Even so, they never missed a beat! When we got to St. Thomas everything was as expected, & they took extra time with us in their store to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. The day of our wedding they delivered the cake in a timely manner and set it up for us. Everyone enjoyed our delicious cake, it was perfect! I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great desserts with no hassle and easy communication!
