Quality is slipping, been going there since they opened, ordered the same thing we always do and the last time our mochas were luke warm, I order mine extra hot and my wife get's a hot mocha, maybe the machine was broke? I work less than 5 minutes away so luckily I could get to a microwave.
Nice place for evening. Dine outside , it’s too hot for daytime. Drive through available. Really good food & coffees hot or cold. I enjoyed.

Terrible service. Went to walk up and got my order taken even tipped a dollar and had to wait over 10 minutes because "drive thru timer takes priority." Nobody addressed the wait till I asked. Coffee was stale and the extra carmel I asked for was no where in sight. Save your money and time.
My hot coffee was leaking out the bottom of the cup and I asked them if they could put it into a new one and they handed me a new cup instead of pouring it for me in a safe place. So when I poured it into the new cup I got hot coffee all over myself and my car.
Great variety, nice girls, and quality drinks and food :). Getting Scooters in the morning really helps me wake up!
Glad scooters came to Verm. Great for grabbing a cup on the go prior to a study session.
They are quick and nice, hell, I stay there for thirty minutes sometimes because they are chill!

Really disappointed. Usually I make coffee at home but I was in a rush and instead I stopped by Scooters this morning to get a coffee before work. I ordered just a large brewed coffee with a splash of cream with should have cost around 2.65 plus tax. Well I pulled up and handed over my card and when I looked at my receipt later I saw that I was charged for a latte which was around $5! Ridiculous. Also my brewed coffee wasn’t very hot and didn’t taste good at all. I ended up dumping it out. I never have a good experience with scooters locations but this was especially poor. Only reason I stopped here at all was because of the drive through convenience.
Expensive, but so worth the $$. Very friendly staff
