Good treats but the staff seemed confused by everything we ordered. They ran out of Boba. Took 30 mins to get our order and parts of it were wrong. No refund for wrong drinks. Meanwhile 10 other people waiting behind us all looking miserable.
Very slow 30 minutes for ice cream and 15 minutes for oreo ice cream I wanted. I don’t recommend.

The drinks are delicious! The wait for those drinks is long. It seems they also will tell you they can't do rolled ice cream if they're really busy. So be aware of that if you go during busy times.
Great Boba and other flavor pearl things. The staff as super friendly and as fast as one girl could be with 10 customers at the same time
Hands down the best boba in SF! they’re very friendly and I love that they know my order by heart and have it ready for me as soon as I walk in! - The young gentleman especially at the register is very friendly and great at his job. The place is very tidy and smells very good soon as you walk in. 10/10 recommend
Best milk tea and boba in town!! I come to this spot often and it never disappoints. Red guava milk tea is my favorite but they are all delicious.
I love this boba place so much it’s the best one I’ve been to in Sioux Falls! I always get the Original Milk tea with Boba and it’s always so good! The people there are also sooo polite and friendly, I went to this place more than once and it’s always been my favorite 🤩❤️🧋
Sorry not sorry… I ordered a large drink strawberry to be specific there I a LONG wait for your drink I was there for about 45 minutes or so not that’s happy and there are only like 1-2 people working and the attitude of the cashier was worst
If you want to order just ice this is the place for you. I ordered a mango tea boba, it took forever to come out and when I got it it was almost all ice. Also this place only has two people working.
4 main types of things to buy and they always seem to claim they are out of the rolled ice cream. I think employees just don’t want to make it.
Ordered a peach fruit soda with cream and peach boba. Tastes just like the peach ring gummies! 🤤
The store was understaffed created egregious waits for beverages. When I ordered my beverage, I ordered a regular and large sized coffee milk tea. The gal behind the counter glared at me like a deer in headlights, completely confused at my statement. So I repeated my order, and she stated they only have one type of coffee milk tea. I politely explained that I wanted a large and a regular sized of that beverage, to which she finally rings them in, ringing in the wrong size. Then she charges me $1.00 to not put ice in it! The quality of the beverage wasn’t any better, all it was is coffee with some milk in it. NOT milk tea. Sounds good, bub. $14.50 well spent.

Excellent rolled ice cream and boba teas make this a great place to get treats. There are no tables, so plan on taking your order to go. The service was not the greatest but added an element of authenticity.
I've been coming here for a long time. It's the best in town. I'll go out of my way just to come here. Have tried a lot of different things on the menu and found my favorites. Be back in a few days.

Great place to get boba tea.
I was excited to try rolled ice cream but when I got into the shop it went downhill. I was looking at the menu and both the cashier and maybe the owner (Asian lady) were of no help. In fact, I was rushed by the Asian lady to make a decision. Nobody was behind me. It was during a work afternoon. So I just quickly randomly chose the flavor and toppings. I even asked the cashier if she had suggestions and she goes it depends on your taste. 🙄 forget it just picked quickly. Obviously I wasn't getting anywhere. This made me in turn get angry and annoyed. When ice cream out the presentation looked nice. However, there was barely any condense milk and a few Graham crackers. The ice cream was tasteless (just like the previous review mentioned). The ambiance was not inviting. I liked the other boba place in sioux falls better. Ovee there better service and taste better.
This place deserves a lot more credit and especially the lady who owns it and runs it. I remember when they first open and it was just her and her son now she’s got employees who do an amazing job! Best Bobba in town!!
