I went once after we received coupons as a welcome for moving into our home. I wasn't impressed by the taste. Yesterday, I went in and used a free coupon to get a small drink. I asked the young lady if I could get decaf coffee, sugar-free hazelnut flavoring (which isn't shown on the website menu), almond milk, and something cold. I told her I was used to frappes and lattes. I received a receipt showing a latte as my order. I received my drink, and it was fair. It's hard to give sugar-free anything a lot of flavor, I think, because I experience that other places, too. The drink had ice in it, not blended in, and it began to water down the drink. I shook it each time I drank so the water would get blended in each time. I may or may not use another freebie coupon in the future, but I wouldn't pay $4.25 and up for a drink here. Don't feel badly, though, I don't like Starbucks, Caribou Coffee, or Dunkin' Donuts. The staff was pleasant and helpful, moved constantly completing drive-thru orders, and the store was clean.
I love the ladies at this location! Scooter's is hands down my favorite place for coffee and caffeinated drinks. Thank you so much for being awesome!
I when to pick small coffee wit 2 cream and 1 sugar and was wonderful and best coffee they put dedication and love to make the coffee I loved and I recommend thank you

The new scoot energy drink is garbage. The vertigo tastes horrible with it and I will not pay for a smoothy plus $3 for a red bull..

An absolutely amazing place to sit down and study over a cup of coffee! The service here is absolutely amazing! They are so kind, understanding, and sweet. I have seen a few workers going out of their way to open doors for the elderly! It is such a grand place to support!

I was looking for a place to chill and read a book before work and Google suggested scooter's. A bit disappointed to have paid nearly $5 for a tiny microwave breakfast burrito, but otherwise the service was great, the coffee is really good and not bad price wise, the store itself is clean and a nice spot to hang out!
I love this place they make sure my dog gets his pup cup and the coffee is good too
Amazing staff, amazing drinks, amazing snacks/quick breakfast items. The parking lot is miserable for this location but the service and quality of what they serve makes up for it.
Drinks are amazing
The last 8 orders have been incorrect. I had to stop using the drive thru due to the number of incorrect orders. Today, I walked in and ordered a Large drink with my wife. I was given a small and asked if it was a Large ... what I ordered. The unprofessional response was jaw dropping. My wife was shocked and I was upset. I would recommend going to the 57th Street location or head on down to Starbucks.

Clean lobby area - drive thru is always spot in and responsive. Attitude and customer service is unmatched. Management cares about their employees and facility. Highly recommend

Went through the drive through to get a coffee because coffee is life. The service was fast so that is always very nice and convenient. They do that thing that a lot of places do now after COVID where they stick the card reader out the window on a stick for you to do the transaction that way. Coffee is good. I got the mocha cold brew and husband got a maple something or another and he said it was good but didn't have as much maple flavor as he would have expected. Overall good though.
