Good coffee and friendly workers but they prioritize friends over other customers. A friend and I went there and got 1 drink each. After we ordered, someone came up and ordered multiple drinks and they knew one of the workers. They were talking and started making the drinks. My friend got hers first, then they started making that other persons drinks while also working on mine. When they called for mine, they made it wrong. So they gave that drink to their friend. Then finished making her drinks before remaking mine.
I stopped in for coffee, the person taking care of me was great. I enjoy walking around here and looking!
Every soup that these people serve is spectacular, they also allow samples although they never mention it - so if you'd like to try a soup be free. There is a soup rotation as well which if I recall correctly is weekly. The cafe itself is spacious and clean, atmosphere is great and service is very good. Have known some of the people that have worked there for years. Also, food per person isn't very spendy and for one person it averages 6 dollars (soup and a drink) perhaps in comparison to McDonald's (around 10 dollars).
Friendly service decent prices
My family loves stopping by Ginna's for lunch. The food is always excellent, and the employees are so helpful and friendly. If you haven't had a chance to eat at this little cafe in Scheels, please give it a try! We're always very impressed by the staff and food there.
Got a 24oz breve Starry Night at Ginna's Cafe it's sooo good. It's a Medium-Dark roast has really robust notes. I loved it. Service from Scheels employees is always great. They use crushed ice (vs cubed ice which I prefer.) I had a wee bit of whole milk added too, just to make it less creamy. It's inside Scheels behind men's clothing... Clean booths and a candy shop to peruse. The sweet treats enjoy delicious if you have a sweet tooth, find a cupcake to purchase and compliment your roast!! Enjoy!!
