I enjoyed my BLT but the portion size of sweet potato fries was very stingy. They brew the iced tea which was the highlight for me.

I travel through Selby frequently, this is the best spot to stop for fresh food, good service and a friendly atmosphere in miles! A nice spot for a breakfast burrito. I think everything here is quality, fresh, and awesome. 100%recommend dakota maid.
Stopped for a quick lunch and a cappuccino...I really enjoyed all of it! Especially if you want a quick sandwich and a fancy coffee this little spot is worth a stop as it is a treat not often found in small towns in this part of the state.
My service dog was denied entry to this restaurant this morning, and I was told that state law requires “papers” for my dog to access an establishment such as a restaurant. This is simply not true. I am a state employee and have been traveling for work with my service dog for the past two months, and nowhere else have I encountered this level of ignorance. It’s a shame that the people running this business are unaware of the regulations surrounding service animals. I really needed something to eat before going to my work site today, but I will not support an establishment whose staff treated me so rudely.

Best coffee anywhere around here. Puts big coffee to shame if you’re driving through it’s worth every penny. Cbd available. Foods great as well. Small gift shop. Wonderful service as well. Check it out. Lodging as well. Remember your in small town South Dakota please use your manners. The Strohs are awesome.
